The guy I thought was the nicest guy I'd ever know has turned into biggest jerk I've ever known and I'm wondering why. Maybe the nice guy was all an act or he decided he needed to be nice like that to get me to like him? And now rather than tell me goodbye he acts like this so I'll tell him to get lost?

Do guys do this alot? Is it because they don't have the nerve to break up with the girl or they don't want to hurt the girl? Do they think it is easier for the girl if they are such a jerk the girl starts to hate them?

Why do women think that skinny chicks are attractive? Most men know that women with meat on their bones are sexy (big boobs, big butts, thick thighs ect) - but why do women think that only scrawny girls with no curves are pretty?

i've had this said to me several times, "i respect you" when i would like to make out with a guy.... now, what does it really mean? "i respect you" is a meaning for im not attract to you, or i don't like you that way? i want to be friends? what????? i personal would like for them to kiss me or something... but what the hell?? is it that they really respect me a lot and don't want to hurt my feelings and they go for a whatever girl to mess around with her??? hmm.. i'm just wondering, i'm not up set or anything, but its just interesting... 3 guys said that to me...

okay there is this one boy he acts as if he likes me, and laughs at all of my jokes. i kinda like him , all he has to do is just smile and i laugh. and we blush when we see each other .but hes sending mixed messages.his friends and him say that he likes someone else and... i know that but i just dont understand this . does he heve a crush on her AND me? and do i actually like him?

I am a senior who has liked this boy since the 9th grade. Everyone tells him that I like him. When he walks into a room I am in it gets awkward, and we both know it. I dont know what to do about it so what should I do. Keep in mind about how long i have liked him, and people tell him that I am obsessed with him when im not. A week or so ago me and my boyfriend had a fight and I talked to my best friend, a guy, about it. Since then he has admitted to liking me and so on and so on, and I admitted to liking him still. I love my boyfriend and will never break up for him for my best friend, but I feel like I’ve lead him on because he seems to be getting a little TOO serious about me when I was only saying I liked him to be nice…A horrible thing to do.
How can I tell him I don’t like him? I am scared of not only hurting him but that he may try and tell my boyfriend that I liked him, which I don’t.

I like this guy. We talk only in PE well if he is in my b-ball team. I wrote a letter but should i give it to him? all my friends have done that but they just end up getting hurt. But weve ben going out offically since like july, but really like twp years off and on, and im going ot college soon and all that and ive havent been single or like random dates fora long time, and i dont know what to do. Cuz hes so great, i know he'll always be there, but he says he could be with me for the rest of his life, and i guess i just dont feel that strongly and so i said i needed to be alone to know if thats what i would want, and ive been figuring out that im not very good alone, but maybe its just the letting go. he lives in RI and I live in SC. things were going well and he was going to come down and see me...(already got the plane ticket and everything) and then on FEB 12th, he calls me up and says that he went to a medium (a person who talks to dead people) and the medium said that his parents( who have passed away a long time ago) had sent a message to her tell him not to be with me. when he told me that i didnt know what to say.... I dunno if i should believe him or think he was just making up and excuse and didnt have the balls to tell me the real reason why. Its been bothering me because he still calls me because he wants me to wait on him to make up his mind fully.... but he gets mad at me when he finds out i have been talking to other guys... I dont get it!!!! HELP

I like this guy and he really likes me a lot. He's not my b/f or anything and we've established that we both like each other but that we're not b/f and g/f because we haven't hung out (we can't until my parents meet him first).

The thing is, he's been trying to kiss me on the lips for a while and I really, really want to! But I don't want to kiss him and then tell him I can't be his g/f if for some reason my parents don't like him.

After we broke up my ex said we would still be friends. He would still talk to me and hang out with me and our friends. But then he started to avoid me. It's gotten to the point where I'll walk up to our friends and he'll just turn his back on me. He won't even look at me. He dosn't talk to me at all. He won't go to any of the after school clubs we were both in before either, and won't tell his best friend why he decided to quit. We had a pretty mutual break up, he just didn't want to be with me anymore and I didn't plan on staying in a relationship where I wasn't wanted. I never did anything to hurt him. He has told me he dosn't love me anymore and that he never wants to be with me again over e-mails so I know he dosn't have feelings for me. So why can't he just be my friend? I'm not trying to get him back, but it makes things kind of weird when hes avoiding me and I don't want to lose a friend. Maybe I can fix it if I know why hes being like this. Any ideas?
