so you want a boyfriend because your friends have one? honestly i dont see a long relationship if that your reason to "hook up"
but, to answer your question
be yourself
dont change who you are for the sake of another, cuz thats just stupid and they would be falling for whoever you pretend to be not you
talk to a lot of people and get to know them
hang out
and hopefully by then, you have more of a reason to get a boyfriend than your original reason

That's not a good reason to want a boyfriend!! Don't run and try to get one just because your friends want or have a boyfriend!! Wait until you find someone that makes your heart beat faster, that makes you want to wake up each day!! If you already like someone a lot go ahead ask them out!! Be warned though boyfriends can be a lot of trouble!! Make sure you want it not your friends ok? =)

lol aww babe!! you dont need a bf just so you can fit in!!!! c'mon girl its all about playin hard to get... if you already have your eye on a cutie then thats the first step... next find out some info on the guy.. is he single? what kind of girls is he into? are you two friends? or even aquantences? next step would be (( if your not friends already)) try to be... say hi to him in the halls, talk to him a little.... if you want... ask for some tutoring ;) lol well not yet but once you keep doing this and you start to see hmmm he does seem a little interested... make it interesting! if he asks you out... say fri. 8 o'clock... make it sat. :) if he kinda flirts with you.. make it subtle.. dont throw yourself at him and espically!! DONT TELL ANYTHING BIG MOUTHS! cause if they tell someone then he finds out.. he might wanna back away alittle.. but it all depends on the guy... just play with his mind alittle.. Do not get a bf just cuz all your friends do. Get a bf because you really care about sumone. A girl dated my crush just because she wanted one and he got hurt. BAD! So , by asking this question it proves that your to imature to have a bf. So sorry.

All my friends have boyfriends too. I don't mind though because I get to embarrass them a lot, but hey that's just me. First find someone you like and can relate to. Then become close friends, and then ask him out when you think he seems ready. Good luck to ya!!!

Wanting a boyfriend just because your friends have them pretty much shows that you're not ready for one. You have a boyfriend when you find a guy who is special to you and you want to be with him, not just cause you want to fit in.

you cant just pick one out like a puppy. get to know a guy that you have always had some kind of relationship with and see if he has ever had feelings for you. talk to your friends and see if they know anyone who likes you. and if you dont like the person dont just jump out for them because you want a boyfriend. look for the right guy.

well for 1 thing,you dont do something just because someone else does it.you get a boyfriend,because you want 1.not because the others have 1.if you want 1,just go searching.theres alot of them out there,but just dont pick anyone that comes around.

i would say "and if all of your friends jumped off of a bridge... ?" but i know what ur talking about. be yourself, the right guy will come along sooner or later. and if the right guy doesnt find you, then u find him. just ask guys that u like out and if they reject you then its not the end of the world and if they accept u then good for u.

you sound very young...please don't jump on the boyfriend thing just yet. you have plenty of time later on in life. just be yourself, and things will happen. don't try to change yourself for a boy.
