Theres this guy I work with,and he is super hot,nice,etc.etc.anyways, I dont think I should ask him out,since he has a girlfriend.But recently another friend from our workplace told me that he broke up with his girl.What should I do?

The easiest thing to do is talk to him. Basiclly start out as friends and work ur way up but thats only if he does have a girlfriend if he doesnt than basiclly talk to him flirt a little hear and there but not too much and bassiccly show him that ur single but at the same time dont seem too despret.

First off what is the company policy for in house relationships and is he worth loosing a job over. Why did he break up with his girlfriend? Was he cheating on her? I would suggest to try to be friends first and feel your way around and see for yourself what he is really about . Go shoot pool or something simple maybe lunch together talk to him. If you are comfortable with him then go for it just be careful some people just can't work together and date at the same time it can cause alot of problems , good luck.

well you should never go looking for a man at your work place those two things hsould npt mix n my opinion but if you are so driven you should start by talking 2 him and talking 2 his friends and people who know him. Find out who he really is first then make up your mind if you want to be with him. Just because u work with him doesn't mean you are seeing the real him. The real him could be horrible so you need to be cautious and find out who he really is first.

Say your friend told you that he had split up with her. See what his reaction is. If he still acts like there are feelings there give it time because you don't want to be a rebound and you can't start a new relationship if you are still trying to get over someone else. Maybe you could just be friends for now and talk to him about it and be there for him and see where it leads.

ask him if he wants to go out to dinner one night. when ur out to dinner ask him if he has a wife, girl friend ect then if he says no then make a move befor someone els does if hes super hott

maybe you should become his friend and get to know him a little better..then you will learn whether or not he is someone you want to date as well as if he is trully single.. he will also get to kno you. you should talk to him before considering asking him out, for you dont even kno him...
