Singles & Dating - 7 February 2007

a new term just started at my school. there was this girl that i thought was cute from the first day. we're in a few classes together, but we haven't talked much so far. i guess you can say that i have a crush on her, but i'm not really sure yet. there's no way she knows i have a crush on her, cuz the only person i told is my friend Jake and i doubt he would ever tell. anyway, im dozing off in global, as usual, lol, and when i snap out of it cuz the teacher said something loudly, shes staring right at me! i made eye contact with her, but she just looked away hurriedly. it happened two more times that day, that i looked around and caught her staring. i don't know if she likes me, but i wouldn't mind if she did. also, at the bus stop before i left to go home, she came walking up past me with some of her friends. she was talking with her friends and i with mine, but she just looked right at me, and we both made eye contact. i smiled at her, she did too. WHAT DOESALL THIS MEAN?

i know this sounds awful, but i dont understand why no guy likes me or why i cant get a boyfriend. im pretty smart and i dress nice. people say im really pretty and funny. i am also super invoved with music and am an overall friendly and caring person. any suggestion or tips?? pleae hlp if you can..i get kind of sad, espesially towards valentines day.. thank you so much!

Im looking for the grave of someone im afraid im forgetting. I got news of her death on the east coast years ago but i wasnt exactly.... welcome to her burial or anything and im in california now so i cant just go anywhere looking. I want to tie loose ends before ~I~ end. I need to find her grave and any help would be great.

My parents don't approve of my boy...I get their reasons, he has some qualities that I know they don't think are fit for me...also, he's done some messed up things in his life and has tattoos and the one time he met them, it wasn't a very good meeting. Like he tried too hard and started BSing a little about his life.
Don't think I don't care about this...I really do, and it bothered me enough to confront him! But we've been together for 4 months, I see him every day, and I love him. I've never felt this way about anyone, and I'm 24! He can be a handful and a mess, but he's funny and strong and smart and has so much potential and desire to be better. Anyway, I love and forgive his faults too. Annnd he loves me, he's never broken my trust, and any suspicions are always dispelled.
But my parents don't approve...every time I go see him, it's like a stolen moment, and I have to make things up half the time...so they hardly trust me, and we're not the same wonderful family...help plz

My guy friend got mad at me the other day becuase he told me he thought some girl was pretty and i accidently told her. He got all mad at me and said he didnt know if he can trust me again. Im only 17 and i never had a 6 month long relationship before. So when i lost the spark and connection me and my girlfriend had, i broke it off. Now her world is shattered. I have been looking for a certain kind of guy my whole life: intelligent, scholarly, into philosophy, literature, tall, dark, handsome, charming, musically talented. Those are the exact qualities that turn me on and in combination make the perfect man for me. I have not been able to find him, until recently. I met him at a cafe randomly, when he introduced himself to me. The only problem is, I have a boyfriend that I love. We've been together for 5 months now. I love him, but he is not "the one". I'm not willing to break up with him for this other man who I've only spoken to once, who we'll call Brian, but I would like to get to know Brian a little better before I completely write him off. Brian asked for my e-mail adress and would like to go out for coffee. Is it okay to JUST go out for coffee to find out a bit more about him?
