My BF is upset because I don't want to do anything for V day...I just don't! I don't feel that there should be a day to show someone you love them!!! LOL...should I just give in for him?

What makes you imagine he received't supply you something? And why is he obligated to besides? won't be able to he be in basic terms almost as good a boyfriend if he DOES something thoughtful for you? assume he fixes you breakfast in mattress or takes you out for a efficient dinner or writes you a love letter? i'd wish Valentine's Day isn't all about who spends how a lot on what for who. that's not in any respect been so for me. i'm not quite that worried if my lady friend would not supply me something for Valentine's Day; she demonstrates her like to me in quite some different procedures continuously.

I'm in the same boat! I'm refusing to let him buy me carnations thru the school, but if I were you, I'd compromise. Let him get you a gift, nothing too fancy, and nothing thematic or pertaining to V-day. In my opinion, Valentine's Day is just plain corny and overrated.
Every day should be a day to show your special someone how much you love them!

I feel the same way you do. But if he wants to do something with you on Valentines day, why not, it isn't going to hurt. You may even have fun. LOL

Helllooo...free dinner. At least you can go out to dinner and a movie. That's always nice. I'm sure you do that all the time together so make it a normal day for the two of you.

I would maybe try to compromise like if you don't feel like going out on that day then maybe go out that weekend or something. If you don't want to then don't though because if he really loves you then i'm sure that he'll understand. Just to make him happy i would tell him that you love him even though i'm sure you already have once already. Its ok that you don't want to! He should understand!

Well Valetines' day is for love and I think you should give it to him he really wants you to demonstrate if u really love him or not!

i think you should tell him, "thair shouldent be just one day to show love." or something.Or you could jsut agree and accept that you have to git him something...
