I get a strange vibe from her that she doesn't think I'm "good enough" for her son. My boyfriend says that this vibe stuff is all in my head and of course his mom likes me. I'm not sure what to think. So, I was wondering if there were any warning signs you knew of that pretty much shows if the mother likes you or can't stand you. Thanks! :o)

We're not dating, just 'seeing each other', but since we slept together he seems like he's blowing me off. We saw each other once, but I called him to see if he wanted to meet up since I was already going out, and he blew off his friends to see me, but we had plans twice since then, and both times he hasn't called or anything, just kinda blew me off, but part of it may be because it's been cold enough to go ice fishing lately, and he's obsessed with it. Is it just wishful thinking, or is he really too busy?

Went out with a guy a few times. we had plans, which he blew off without calling. I waqited a few days, then wrote him a nasty email. He responded (coincedentally) a few hours later and said he was out of state becuz a sibling was killed and his phone wasn't charged so he didn't have my number. I felt horrible and wrote him a long email apologizing. Now, I'm at the point where I think he's a lying d-ickhead. I have the PERFECT sarcastic comment for him. Should I email him (nothing he would respond to) or just let it go?

I like this guy a lot and think he likes me too, but my parents won't let me date until next year, I'm 15. I've been trying to act like I don't like him, but he will not back off. What do I do?

When I was in high school, I was at a party and missing my boyfriend who was on a job about 2 hours away. With only about 4 hours until my curfew, I drove up to see him, even though it was only long enough for a kiss. Might not be too "crazy", but I'm too tired to think of anything else! My boss is having a wedding on Sat Feb 3. He also asked me to ask my date. So on 1/10/07 I asked my date and my date said Yes, he can go to my boss's wedding. So I turned in the RSVP and told my boss we both can make it. I gave my date 3 1/2 weeks prior notice about the wedding date. Then 4 days later 1/14/07 he sent me an email saying that his sister and his whole family is coming into town and they will have dinner that night. Same night of the wedding. Ok...I've been dating my gf (serious relationship) for over a year now, she's 26...and we're long distance right now. This may sound like high school....but nonetheless...she was in the mall with her mom shopping and a couple of guys were checking her out and following them around the mall the entire day. After shopping she went to starbucks with her mom nearby the mall, and the two guys also followed them there, and finally built up the courage to hit on her. She told me she was flattered by the guys approaching her and knew they wanted something more than just a friendship. What bothered me most was instead of letting them down easy, she gave out her phone number to the guys, never mentioning the fact that she has a bf. Her reasoning to me was "they were polite" and that when they call she wouldn't pursue anything. I'm pretty confused with her judgment and am hurt by this. I'm not sure what to say to her...any help would be much appreciated. Thank you for listening.
