my best friend (mark) is good friends with all these people in a band. one of those people in the band are named John. Mark called me with John on the other line. We talked for a while, and Mark showed John my myspace. Apparently, he thinks I am "insanely hot" and was talking to Mark about how bad he wants to "bone me." I was joking around on the phone and told John I'd give him a lapdance if he gave me and some friends a ride to the movies. So i probably led him on or something. Because I don't do things like that. Mark is having a party on Saturday and the whole band is going to be there. I'm afraid this guy John is going to try something on me and I'm not sure how to handle this. I've heard some bad things about John also, that he's an alcoholic and has a bad home-life. I know the typical answer is to "not go" to the party but I'm going to eventually meet this guy John somewhere because he's friends with a lot of people I know. And I really want to go to this party. what to do?

I like this friend of myne a lot!! I think that he likes me to, BUT he thinks I like someone else!! Then later on last year he told me he likes my friend!!!! But se knows i like him to?? Well my boyfriend and I have been together for a little over a year, and he recently got this new job . We both go to school and after school he goes into work ... he works 5 days a week and i only get to see him on the weekends. Although i use to see him 4 to 5 times a week. This has been really hard for me. When we talk he never has anything to say to me on the phone he jsut sits there...and he is always so hateful to me i dont know. I feel like our relationship is just falling apart . Its like i use to feel so important to him and now i feel like im just baggage. Does anyone know what I should do?

okay, so in a confusing situation. have spent some time with a very awesome person. we are sleeping together as well and at first it was kind of a "let's just be friends with benefits" type deal..but now i'm a little confused at some of the actions b/c they don't really scream "booty call to me" b/c to me a booty call is someone you call up at like 12:30 at night when you know you've struck out in the bar and still want to get laid (get what ya need and head on out).. so either i'm out of the loop or he's a little interested in more than just sex
-we've spent the night together several nights
-we've spent time together and NOT had sex
-wanted me to call ane let him know i made it home okay
-cooked dinner together, went grocery shopping and even did some pda while buying groceries.
-called a couple of times to just check and see what's going on.

he's been really burnt in the past in relationships and so do you think it's booty call situation or is there some interest
