so lately he is blowing wind when he has to take me somewhere. i started finding ways to go when hes not around. so when he does be around i dont have to ask him. cuz i dont want someone to take me somewhere mad. so what should i think about a situation like this?

Sounds like you need to get a job (or a better job or work more hours) and get your own car. Your boyfriend is getting tired of being your chauffeur and I don't blame him.
You should start to take more responsibility for yourself and your own needs instead of being dependent upon someone else.
Get a job, save your money, buy your own car, become independent! Woo Hoo!

If he is you bf then he should not have problem taking you place. Since he does I would find a man who would not have problem with taking you places.
