Singles & Dating - 6 January 2007

Lets say you were at a late night party, and you're dead tired. You go home with one of your good friends, who happens to be a guy. You crash in his bed and he takes the couch. The entire night he doesn't make a single advance whatsoever on you, and in the morning he wakes you up with the smell of a nice hot pancake and bacon breakfast.

Would you think he was a gentleman, or would you expect this from a male friend?

I have liked this guy from my homeroom since last year and this we have becomed real good friends , he is very honest with me and tells me things he does not tell his best guy friends , last year he was really shy and quiet and since he started talking to me he has becomed really different , now he talks to me all the time , when I talk to him he likes to do this babyish talk thing and is always saying things to make me laugh , we went on an out of state field trip the entire class , in the trip we always got sat together , and he started doing funny things and seemed kinda nervous sometimes , on the plaine I fell asleep and for my embarassment I woke up in his shoulder , he seemed alright an was smiling alot , well then our friends started asking us if we were a couple I asked him if it bothered him and he said no , okay everyone says he does like me but I`m not sure bcuz he is real nice , and I cant tell if he is doing that bcuz he likes me or to b nice help please !!!!

Im basically describing me, im just wondering how guys see me because of these things:
-I work on cars
-I drive a car with Rally lights and an octopus on the hood and other custom things painted by me
-I am in a construction class
-I have muscular legs, but not in an insane body builder way
-I love watching sports
-I love joking with people, if you're around me you're bound to be poked fun of

Im just wondering if im a 'little' bit manly. I don't dress like a tomboy, I usually wear jeans and a t-shirt. I also love wearing my sweats

I am in love with my PT teacher. He is 23 yrs old and I am 16 yrs.
I love him very much and I also find him in the same. How can I know whether he loves me or not? He stares at me and tries to talk with me. He praises me at times and looks in a differently. I had this male friend and we would hang out together sometimes, we would usually watch a movie or just go out to get something to eat. Then one night he kissed me and we kissed for a while, that was all that happened. Ever since then he hasn't talked to me. I have asked him why and he just says that he is busy. He also acted like I was the one that did something wrong, but he was the one that kissed me first. Why is he acting this way?

because im standing at 5"5 and fit not slim...
i notice that my friends get girls so easily but i dont.

im not that desperate but i just want to know why...
i get girls to be my friends but just as friends. nothing else.

i go to the gym every weekend while my friends do not do anything... they just stare at thier computer and play those games...

I dated a man back in the 90's. We were young and in love. I loved him so much and we both wanted to get married. There was only one problem...he couldn't have anymore children. He had a vasectomy after his son was born (at the request of his ex-wife). I wanted kids. The chances of us being able to have children following a reversal was slim to none. I didn't want to adopt. After a few years I decided that I would make that sacrifice because I lived him. After some consideration, he said he could not ask me to make that sacrifice. He knew how bad I wanted to have a child, to carry my own child. He felt that I would not be happy unless I did. We parted on good terms and kept in contact. Last yr both his parents passed away, and he contacted me to let me know. He lives 1,000 miles away. He also announced he was getting married in Sept last yr. I haven't spoken to him since, I said I was sorry for his loss, but glad he found someone to love (10 yrs AFTER me).

I still love him...

The guy I have the hots for caught me (a) with a milk moustache and (b) playing hopscotch on the square carpeting in the office after hours. I feel like a complete idiot and he couldn't help laughing. I am also streetsmart but can be very naive and innocent at times.

They could bite hard, but they try not too.
I think they would kiss the same way.
They are very caring animals. Strong and sure,
but loving... and easy on the eyes ;-)

To the poster Jacky, im not 12, I happen to be 33 and if you don't like my posts, don't read them !
Anyway, I have come to the conclusion that materialistic people are sincerely the most Insecure. They realize their "posessions" don't bring them happiness. Sometimes it's too late though, and they are miserable on a daily basis.
