I think you might want to really talk about sex before you make the next move. It seems like you are kinda confused about the situation. You can't really prepare yourself......I mean you will never no what can happen. All I can say is that should take your time, making sure that she is very comfortable. Using K-Jelly can help with making sex feel better and of course condoms. Your best bet is for the both of you to see your doctors to get more information. Maybe even pick up a sex book to read together. People in pornos have done the sex thing for a while so I really don't think thats a good way to get ideas and gain experience. Don't get in a hurry, take your time once you both take the step there is no turning back, your friendship will turn more sexual than friends, for awhile it changes things allot and if the relationship doesn't work out your the bad guy you just used her. so make sure that's what you both want, and then ALWAYS USE PROTECTION!!! my daughter had a child at 15 He thought she was on Birth control, (she told him) She just wanted out of the house and thought he would marry her if she got preg. he didn't she's raising a child single mom not good for her not good for him (a car payment for 18 years) and the worse of it all another child deprived of loving parents raising him together Being raised by daycare and no father around.

Blood, last time I popped a cherry, didn't seem like she noticed. Not like it would be gushing blood, but put towels where you have sex because I have blood stains on my bed to today for that, not like the blood freaked me out, didn't even notice it until we orgasmed. And watch some porn to gain some experience, it will help.
EDIT: Penetration will be really hard, being her first time too, but don't give up, I had a real tough time penetrating.

Go slow and if she's a virgin there will be blood. She could go to her gyn and while getting on birth control have the doc cut her hymen. Then she won't bleed and it won't hurt.
