Singles & Dating - 13 December 2006

I was in a 3 year relationship with my guy, who was the best thing thats happened to me so far. Last 4-5 months, he started to date someone and what I thought was casual friendship, turned into a serious commitment. He introduced the girl to his parents and since then, has refrained from any physical intimacy with me. We broke up quite bitter about each other last month. Two weeks back, he messaged to check how I was doing and we ended up meeting, talking about good times and how we both miss each other. He says he loves me, but cant love me. Yesterday, I messaged to ask if he could share some of the love he shared with me all along, coz I still love him, until the time I found someone else. He refused and said that I was trying to get things back to what they were. I was furious at the rejection and messaged him stating that he is no longer the person I had loved all along and a goodbye. Did I do the right thing by shutting him off completely from my life and not be friends again?

i like dis guy @ my skewl.....hes light skinnded and tall and got waves.......but neways i told my BESTFRIEND about how much i like him and whatever and then a couple daez after dat she hooked up wit him and ****. she asked me if i was ok wit dat and i didnt want sum bullshit to mess up our friendship so i was like "yeah your strait gurl!!!!!" but inside i felt let down.........the next week he dumped her and was tryin to talk to me so i have been talkin to him a little and last night we were talkin and he told me to skip skewl and go to his house to talk but i had to wait for him to come to skewl........so dis mornin i waited for him out front and my bestfriend came out there and was like what are you doin out here are you crazy its like 30 degrees out here!!!!! and i juss told her i was waitin on sumone so right about dat time he rolled up in his car and he looked @ me and was signaling for me to get in but i didnt so he walked into skewl. should i keep talkin to him or not plz help!

that was just to get you to come to my question..lol. Anyways, Do you think there is a possibility i could spark a relationship with this girl. We have been talking some online. We told a little personal information about ourselves. She is single, and alot more sexy than I. I did not do a good job trying to get something started with her friend, but she doesn't think im truly like that. What do you think, I don't see her at school. I am a single mother of one with my own house, my own car and a good job. Whenever I met a guy I fill a little weird because I do not know if they think that I will need him to help me or be a father figure or if they respect this fact that I can do good by myself? I was married since I was 18 and I am now 26 so this is the first time I have been alone so I do not know what to expect???

ok, here's whats going one.

my boyfriend is great. i just want to start by saying that. he's not a bad guy and he's allmost perfect. but lately, we've just been fighting almost every day. he thinks i flirt a lot w/his best friend, and, ok, i kinda do, but i have toned it down A LOT and we dont' mean anything whatsoever by it and he knows that. also, he keeps hearing that i'm going to dump him from random people ( i don't even know who because he won't tell me). we keep working it out but i don't want this to keep happening. i just want to solve it once and for all! i really really really like him and i don't wanna lose him.

My mother always said that "no man will give you his whole paycheck". If he does, does it just mean that he knows he doesn't make alot and it's best for him to put his little bit in the pot or is he really just being honest and up front?

I live in Los Angeles. Yes, there are a lot of attractive people, but most of the guys I meet are only into partying and hooking-up. Where do you meet a guy that is down-to-earth, sweet and kind? well this seems to be a cliched situation.
i fell in love with my best friend, but he doesnt see me more than a friend, he clearly said so 2months back... so it took me a while to get over that and continue with life..
i kinda moved on trying to keep some distance so that i dont get hurt
he called me up last night, he needed someone to talk to. we must have talked from 3am to 7am, international call.
he misses me alot and cant really define his feelings now.
i am a prudent person, but i think i loved him too much and i kinda still do.... it was tough to move on in the first place and now if later he says he doesnt love me then it would again be painful.
breaking off the friendship would be stupid. do i tell him i need some time off? or wat shud i do? it seems stupid at times...

OK.......................so there's this guy that I like who's in 9th grade (i'm in 7th) over the summer i was babysitting for these people who happened to be his neighbors they decided to play capture the flag with their neighborhood in his yard. so that night i was talking to him and then randomly he told me to go into his brother's room (he has a brother who's my age) what did he mean?? it kinda freaks me out.......this kid does have a sick mind so...........
