I live in Los Angeles. Yes, there are a lot of attractive people, but most of the guys I meet are only into partying and hooking-up. Where do you meet a guy that is down-to-earth, sweet and kind? Someone you can actually care for? Do they exsist in a place like this or should I be looking to move to another town?

They are volunteering at organizations that help people.
They are at schools to better themselves.(libraries have the serious people)(nursing/medical buildings have the caring people)
also, you have to get a guy alone to really know him. guys have to show off and play games to keep their status in whatever social circles they grace.

I live in PA, and there are all different types of guys here..it's pretty diverse..I have family in South Carolina and there is a total difference! The guys are such gentleman down there. They are also very down-to-earth and they don't let partying consume their whole lives. It is just a lot more conservative down there and laid back..South Carolina is also gorgeous..I don't want to sterotype but it seems like places like LA, NYC, Chicago, and other big cities are all about status and who you talk to and where you shop..Go to South Carolina, or pretty much anywhere in the south, and you won't see much of that.

Well I'm a Christian and church or school would be the best place. Party guys will always be party guys. You seem like your'e looking for someone to spend your life with. I would also stop trying to look so hard, your'e be surprise he might just come to you. Good Luck.

Well, I am in San Diego on business right now and from Seattle... and yes, I would be moving from los angeles in a heartbeat. It's going to just get worse and worse there.......It saddens me what's become of southern california....A bunch of botoxed, fake-boobed, psychopathic women and sideways hat wearing, 22"inch rim driving, two-tone fake rolex wearing guys.....Sad state of affairs indeed. I grew up in Kansas and out here on the west coast they used to make fun of me.......not anymore as now I've got the balance of the midwest and the articulation of the west coast.....Only Seattle style....meaning: down to earth, green minded and saucy! lol. email me if you wish to see earth from a different perspective. love, Jack
