I´m thinking on asking him if I can go. There´s the risk he gets mad with me and maybe he won´t talk to me again. We are not in a relationship (we were months ago), but he knows I still love him. What would you do in this case?

If this is a question that would cause him to become angry, why would you even want to be with him in the first place?
Let him go .... see where you both are in a few months. And be open to other relationships. Sheesh - he sounds like a loser to me......

If he hasn't asked you, you aren't in a relationship and he know you still love him then I would say it is time to move on.

repeat after me : " I will NOT stalk my ex"

if you are not together, following him to another state makes you a bonafide stalker.

look at it this way: him moving to another state gives you the opportunity to really move on with your life. having him around makes it 10 times harder so let him go and make it easier on yourself.
