Being that my x and I were together for 7 months and he was my first love lately things have been really hard for me. I mean I've had quite a few dates already and they are all really nice guys but I just can't get my mind off my x. What should I do? Continue dating in the hopes that I will forget him? Cut off all contact with him? Get rid of his things?

I just want a completely honest, open guy who doesn't feel the need to pick up girls at bars to find a girlfriend, doesn't lie about himself, hasn't slept around his entire life, doesn't need porn to be a part of his life and would never cheat on a girlfriend. Where the hell are these guys at? It seems that all there is left out there is JUNK.

to make a long story short i was in the heat of the moment which you know what i mean and i started to reach my peak and i was on top and i looked at my bf and sayed hey to him in a soft voice becuz his head was turned and i wanted to look into his eyes while i was in the moment. well when i said hey to him again in a soft voice he looked at me and started laughing. he said it was the way i said hey to him. he said i said it in a funny way. well i was serious and why he would think that was funny. i told him that it made me feel kind of bad that he did that. well now im afraid to have sex with him because i was really feeling love for him and he thought it was funny. what do you think?

I will try to make this short and sweet... i met a man, hit it off. been seeing him since sept 13thand offically "dating" his words, whatever that means, since october 24th. He took me home for thanksgiving and i met his WONDERFUL family, including his mother whom he adores.He has met my 2 children, and i have his, and he talks about my kids to his friends and family. If i am not spending the night at his place, he is at mine. So i got a little typsy one night and asked him how long b4 I was aloud to fall in love with him and he said it was WAY 2 soon for that. I can see he is into me cause we spend a lot of GOOD time together. he has clothes and other personal belongings at my house. N E way what i want to know is am I wrong for feeling like I am falling in love? Is it too soon? I think I fell for him the first night I met him...in a way, and every day i feel more. But i never really tell him. cept that one time, and look how that went. just let me know how this situation sounds

Less than a month ago, her boyfriend kicked her out of the house because he was either messing around on her or thinking about it. At very least he was lying to her and she figured it out, conforted him with her doubts which he eventally told her he didn't know if he loved her or the other girl.

About a week or so ago, she moved back in and today I find out that she and him are now making wedding plans. I am mortified, I know he is a liar, and at least a mental cheater if not a cheater and I am scared she is really fixing to mess up her life.

Please post as if you were talking straight to her, she won't listen to me or her older sister and I am hoping that someone will be able to get through to her. I plan to let her read your answers and leave my mouth out of it.

Please share horror stories you have had or advise her. She really really needs some help NOW!

i am in love with this guy at school, and i have been puting songs that say how i feel about him on the phone.

Me and my ex have been on and off for the pasted mouth, two weeks ago she calls me and want to get back with me. I agree, and we pick up where we left off. During the week i felt nothing wrong. She talked me how much she loved me and how she never wanted to leave me agian. Then when she got back from a trip last week she seemed distantant agian. Then on thanksgiving she told me she wants to move on. I called her again the next day and i asked her why she came back in the first place. She said she want to see if she can force herself to love me. But i dont understand how i could have missed those signs. I am confused and scared. I believe she doesnt know what she want and i think she may do this again. I want to move on but i still love her. I haven't talked to her in like three days now and i just dont know what to do. do you get nervous around women you like...i texted this guy i use to date we dated fora bit he was really into me although at first he said he thought i was a little scary..and was frightened to approach me..basically i was having a difficult time at work and it was right guy wrong time i could not give him the attention i should off also i was so upset about work and i was bottling it up well i just acted really wierd..Anyway its been 7 monts and i texted him to say sorry for my erratic behaviour and jokingly said 'do u still think i should be locked up?' We've been dating for 4 months and he's met my parents, but I've not met his because they live out of town. The only family of his that I know is his sister, though she's out of town, too. I really want to spend Christmas with him because he was out of town for Thanksgiving. I don't want to seem pushy, and I don't know if it's even appropriate for me to tell him I want to go. He hasn't made any indication that he would be inviting me.
