Change your major or quit school and get a job doing something you might enjoy doing.

listen, I'm feeling the same .. I'm sick and tired of school,of working on papers due on whatever dates, of attending classes even if I had to wakeup at 6 am , but you know what? I'm holding on .. I've paid money, time and effort into completing these courses that I have already finished, and I know that I'm doing the right thing, so I won't stop. DO NEVER back off of somethinj just because it's too hard. Life is not always fun but you can learn at college that you need to do what you're supposed to do whether you like it or not because that's the way to get a decent life. Yes a school degree won't guaratee you the best job in the world but today most people have college degrees so employers are expecting that as the least of things. And if you wanna be a self employed(and yes then you won't need a degree but you will need a certain amount of money, quite big BTW..) even if you wanna be self employed (ie be an entrepreneur) You still have to have a degree of knowledge. This is the time to learn to be self disciplined and strong willed. And I'm sure your conditions are better than mine, cauz I'm doing all this while I am 10,000 miles away from my boyfriend and my best friend AND I have finished two years and I still have 4 more years to go (to get my master's in business) Please hold on there. Change your study habits, study in the library (it's less distracting and they have great lights) have something you love to eat(a snack like nuts or chocolate) drink some cofee while studying(but not too much) and listen to this sometimes you don't feel like studying at all and yet when you start studying it feels so much easier and less boring or hard!

Good luck. BTW engineers make very good money :) good choice

Take a break - do something you love - take your mind off studying for a little while, reconnect with family/friends/girlfriends (lol)

Make it a memory and then come back, focus on your goals and studying.

It'll be fine. dont worry
