A little complicated..

There's this guy who I really like and he used to flirt with me most of the time. A lot of people thought we're going out, but back then I made the really really stupid mistake of being skeptical, and completely afraid of commitment, so the relationship really wasn't official. [To me anyways.]

After awhile, things seemed to be ok, but three weeks ago he got caught writing on my chest [amusingly.] , and we both got suspended. After the suspension, things didn't really go like they used to and we don't flirt as much. He even says that we were never going out when asked about me, and stays uncharacteristically quiet [he's the loud, funny type] when we're alone. Is there anything I should do? because I really like him.

I met this great guy on yahoo personals and we kicked things off from the first date. We talk on the phone almost every day and get together as often as we can. We have been dating almost 3 weeks. I really like him but I see that he is still on the site on a daily basis. I get on the site too but I was going to cancel and just date him to see what happens but I do not know what to do since it seams that he is still dating or communication with other women. I feel like I am in some competition or that I am not good enough for him if he is still looking. What do you suggest I do to find out how he really feels without screwing things up?

All she does is hang out with her friends. She is never alone. Almost everyday she is with them during and after school. If I was to go out with her i would want it to be just us, not them.

I am a current sophomore, 19, at a University here in California. I absolutely adore my math professor, 31. He is funny, knowledgeable, and friendly. I periodically attend his office hours and chat with him. He and I have become quite friendly with one another, often emailing each other asking how our weekends have been, sharing a funny video, etc. Although the emails are usually initiated by me, he seems to enjoy getting them. Is it against any policy to date your professor? The class is almost over, and I do not plan on taking anymore classes taught by this professor. I am also wondering how to express my feelings for him. I know he feels an attraction towards me. I do not know what to do... Also
He is not married. I know that for a fact. And he is currently single. I know he is at a different stage in his life right now, but I'm willing to get to know him better, and become friends with him in the least. He does not talk to any other student that I am aware of...

I'm a 16 year old guy in high school, and I have confirmed that I'm gay. I have begun coming out, and have told my closest friends and my immediate family. However, I would like to be open with some of my casual friends as well, but don't know how to break the news to them. What would be the best way to tell them that would be the least offensive? (e.g.- How would you prefer to have a friend tell you he/she was gay? One-on-one conversations, emails, hearsay from another, AIM, what?)

Also: if I have a crush on another guy, but don't know if he's gay or straight (assume straight, but only because it's the social norm and everybody HAS to act that way), what is the best way to tell him without causing hard feelings if it turns out he's straight? (e.g.- Guys, if a person you knew told you he had a crush on you, how could he tell you so that you would not feel like you had to break the friendship off?)

PS- I have no intention of acting differently (flaming) to come out. It's not who I am.

I've noticed a trend about the type of men I date: they all have one issue or another. And I'm like a damn social worker, always trying to help them get it together. And after I've gone on an emotional rollercoaster, I always end up dumped. I just got out of a "relationship" where the guy constantly lied and has cheated on me several times. All of this after I helped him get situated in graduate school. (We're both in the same program so I don't know why he needed my help. One of his family members is a dean at our school.)

I don't understand it because I am attractive, intelligent and outgoing, yet I keep attracting men with emotional/mental issues. Why do I keep attracting these kinds of men and how can I stop?

I met this guy online and we hit it off instantly; talking for hours at his place daily. I started spending the night and having excellent sex with him. He was excited to introduce me to his family, who in which liked me. We hung out like this for about six weeks. The problem was my ex-bf calling me non-stop and even calling and texting this guy. I even went up to visit the ex because I felt bad. The new guy's last relationship of four years ended with him walking in on his friend and gf, so he is afraid of being hurt and thinks I may go back to my ex. And doesn't know what he wants in life. Stay with men who dont treat them right? i have seen my friends be in some not real good relationships and when thier BF leaves them they get all upset and says things like " i can not live without him" or " whats wrong with me" I try telling them that there is noting wrong with them and that thier ex bfs where no good for them.

When all you want to do is pick up the phone and call him when you know it is not right to call and especially when you know he is going to give you every excuse in the book not come and see you and do things with you; when he is being asked, but when it is on his terms I usually go and do things with him. And I try and do things around the house to keep busy or go out with friends to keep my mind off of him but it doesn't seem to help. But when I go out and he is working he gets pissed off when other guys hit on me?? And we are technically not in a relationship we are trying to get back together after 5 yrs. apart. And I Love him with all my heart.. We split up due to a misunderstanding and it took 5 yrs. for him to understand why?? I feel that this is not going to work out cause we have been apart for so long..

This past long weekend I left a message for my guy friend that I have a crush on. He never called me back. Jerk! What kind of friend doesn't call back?

I took this as a sign that he did not like me as much as I thought so at least I know. then I decided to try to back off and disconnect my self so I can move on and just keep him as my friend.
When I came back to school I tried to distance myself but he looked so good that all my feelings came back and I find my self head over hills for him.

He keeps sending me signals that he likes me but he never makes a move so I want to move on.
Why are boys so hard to read?
What should i do about him, try not to like him?

(the call was kind of important because i was going to tell him i wanted to get closer to him and ask him to the movies)

When I was younger I was bullied and teased alot and had low-self esteem,but as I got older I overcame this only to enter a emotional verbally abusive relationship later.I sometimes feel insecure.The emotional verbal abusive relationship happened a few years ago but I still find myself feeling stressed out and hurt inside.I do not want to feel this way and I try to brush it off but I feel like Im not good enough when Im in a relationship.my question is even though I dont think about my past relationship where I experienced the abuse why do I feel this way.wouldnt I have overcome this.It happened in 2002-2003.I was called alot of horrible names and other things that I care not to mention.
