Singles & Dating - 6 November 2006

We are living down here in Birmingham, AL while my husband is still in college. He stayed gone for hours everyday. Eventually he stopped coming home when the water heater quit working, the bills had to be payed and Matt was born. So I got worried and kept calling his cell phone and for days he didn't answer.
Turns out that he has been sleeping with Becky down the street and we have only been married for 4 years! He has 2 kids, a wife and a home that he cheated. Our daughter Elaine is now in nursery school. I am working 2 jobs and making barely enough. Now I have to take care of it all by myself.
We are getting divorced if we can't get marriage counciling. I mean, was he just not satisfied with our marriage? Did I not give John enough sex? Why would men do something like this? How could they sleep at night knowing that what they are doing is wrong?

Two months ago I started emailing someone of a well known dating site, it then led on to msn messaging and texting, and finally phone calls... we text loads each days, he always seems interested in what im doing and in me as a person, i have seen loads and loads of pics of him and vise versa.... he lives 1.5 hrs away and we have planned for him to come stay with me for the weekend.... now we have spoken about sleeping arrangements and he said he would be happy with the floor/ sofa even before i said anything, now i know ideally it would be nice if he lived locally and we could go on a few dates first, but its not gonna happen cos of distance and he doesnt drive, and with the amount of contact on the phone,email,txt w have had i fel like we have had our first few dates allready... im just wondering what peoples ideas on sex in this situation are... i am a very sexual person and know if things go well i will probably want to takes things further, but also i want him 2like me 4me!!!

Broken heart - won't bother with the details. Missing him so much but knowing it's over. Thinking about him, and feeling empty and lonely. Trying to move on but stuck on the past. Filled with just an indescribable physical and emotional pain. I need to keep going - but how? How do you move on, when your heart hurts this much? Is it possible to recover and heal? This may be long, so i apologize now. It also may be a little weird to some.anyways, me and my husband have been married for a couple years but have been together for a lot longer. we have a good relationship, but i am kind of keeping one thing from him because i am embarassed about it.See, i love it when he touches, kisses or massages my stomach. i want him to do it alot more because it turns me on. what do i say to him to not sound like a freak, but to also let him know what i really like? i am afraid that once i tell him, it will be awkward or something? i hope someone else understands this so i don't sound like a weirdo. thanks for reading this and for the input.

Why is that you say that personality is more important than looks yet all I ever hear girls talk about is "that hot guy" or I only see girls approach the "hot guys" in public? Sounds to me like youre just trying to make us not-so-hot guys just feel better, like we actually have a chance when in reality, we dont.

So I asked the guys to tell me their ideal:
1. weight
2. height
3. hair color
4. straight or curly hair?
5. boob size.

Here are some observations:

1. When guys did answer a definite weight, it didn't seem in proportion to height. The weight 120 seemed to be a common weight but then the person who put that would say something like height: 5'2 to 5'7. The BMI for a 5'7, 120 pound girl is 18.8 which just borders healthy/underweight.

2. Curly hair reminds guys of pubic hair.

3. One guy wanted 5'5, 110, 36 DD boobs. That's just unrealistic.

4. Many guys told me to not be so insecure.

5. It is refreshing to see some guys answer that they prefer other traits.

6. Only one guy wanted 180, brown curly hair, natural boobs.

Just so guys know, a 5'5 woman would have an average BMI if she weighed between 111 and 150 pounds. For a 5'7 woman, she would have to weigh 118 and 159.

I am in my 30's & is engaged to a sweet guy who's in his 30's. He still lives with his folks. He has a good job & doesn't take drugs or drink. In away I am glad that he didn't leave his parents house because if he did he would have met the wrong woman, had a bad marriage & ended up in divorce. He always helpes his folks with bills, house work, gardening & many other things. But at times have notices he asks his parents approval on many things. Espcially he asks his dad ideas even on our wedding plans & if his father sugests something he goes with that idea. He doesn't close the door when he's changing cloths when his folks are in the house & his room is right next to his parents.My honey is a sweet man & we are in love. I asked him if he'd be sad when he leaves his parents house after we get married. He said no & he should have left long time ago & he is glad he's leaving. When talking to him it seems like we'd be spending alot of time at his folks after we get married. Is love blind?
