ok I'm sure some of you have read my other posts about this guy that I like, and he likes me, but it has been almost six weeks, I have not been going out a lot he does in the last couple of weeks, but I'm getting so frustrated because he has not asked me out!! Why does it take so long????

He's my friend, and I've had immense feelings for him since last year. Everyone thinks we should be together. I totally thought he liked me. I mean, he always makes comments on how smart I am and how cool my sport is, and he shyly catches my eye. So I was heartbroken when his friend told me that he likes my best friend. She doesn't even like him that way, and she feels really bad about the whole situation. He still acts as if he likes me, too, though. Do I have hope?

Is this normal? He is the nicest funniest little monkey here, he always makes me laugh with his crazy emails and pictures of himself. I have to admit I like having sex....ALOT. I try to keep it with the same guy but things happen sometimes...like arguing or something like that and I'll have to move on to another. I have learned that it is very rare for a teen my age (17) to not want to partake in handjobs, fingering, etc. My girlfriedn amazingly feels the same way as I do, and I'm very happy about that. However, I am wondering if this is going to effect are relationship of 3 months. I believe in true love, and we are both Catholic, so there are also moral beliefs behind our desision. I know it sounds nuts because of my age, but I think her and I are truly in love because we are truly attracted to one another's personalities. I think it is good that neither of us are really being influenced by sexual desires and stuff.
It kinda seems liek everyone else is finding some kind of sex relationships at the fundamentals of their relationship. I am just curious if this stuff is really that important, and if we can build a strong, lasting (hopefully forever, yeah I'm trying to be an optomist) relationship. We have been best friends for the year and a half prior to our relationship.
