This seems to be a common question: he loves me, he loves me not. I'm not sure if you are posting a question or commenting about your interest in this particular guy. Whatever the case may be, perhaps you ought to act on your desire and attempt to pursue him. Often times people wait to see how the other person will behave around them to assess the possibility of a mutual interest. People are usually hesitant for fear of rejection. That is understandable; however, with your intense emotion, it is highly probable that you will seek to know if your show of interest will be reciprocated by him. With that said, perhaps you could flirt with him, ask him to hang out (make it casual)...basically get to know him if you don't already and find out if you two have any common grounds. Those are subtle ways you can hint to him. If that fails, he is either ignorant, shy, or in denial (not interested). Then you may have to resort to the direct approach and ask him straight forward if he is willing to go out on a date with you. Good luck.
