He's my friend, and I've had immense feelings for him since last year. Everyone thinks we should be together. I totally thought he liked me. I mean, he always makes comments on how smart I am and how cool my sport is, and he shyly catches my eye. So I was heartbroken when his friend told me that he likes my best friend. She doesn't even like him that way, and she feels really bad about the whole situation. He still acts as if he likes me, too, though. Do I have hope?

There's always hope besides you can't lead your life by rumors. Don't ever give up just because you thought something make sure you know. As much as you might hate to hear it the best thing to do is to find out if he likes you by asking him. Make sure it's just you and him because people tend to get influenced by their friends. Explain to him how you feel and ask him if he feels the same way. This way you won't get as hurt if the outcome is not something you like. Be spontaneous, confident, cool, yourself and then take a chance. Remember the worst thing he can say is no.

Girl honestly you should go up to him and tell him how much u like him and if he doesnt feel the same way you really do need to move on with your life. And still be cool with your friend. And since she doesnt like him its still cool to tell him how u feel. If u cant tell him to his face then write a letter and tell him or call him. Thats what u should do.

I had a moment like this...except it was opposite. I liked this guy but then i w3ent on vacation for2 weeks and everything turned around...i was iming while i was on vacation and it sounded like he liked me untill i come back and my best friend and him like eachother and were making out ....comes to find out she was cheatinting on her bf..but hey some things dont turn out right but that was meant to be b/c the guy is going nowhere at the moment

Just tell her to be honest with him when he asks her out. She needs to tell him straight out that she does not like him and she is not trying to be mean but you are not my type. So how come you hadn't made a move yet if he gives you all these compliments?

from what u have said, he still likes u. it is likely his friend told u that so u would feel jelaous or somthing or to see how u would react. from wat u have said, yr future with this boy is bright. also make sure people continue to think u two should be together. that helps. email me if u need more help.
