My friends down becuase his Brother wont do plastic surgery on him .I do try to cheer him up but its to no avail.

A little background his brother is a plastic surgeon that gets to do 1 free operation a year . He has given his mom a tummy tuck and his step sister breast augmentation .

My friend has a condition that predisposes him to gaining weight on the middel.yet his brother wont operate on him . He has repeatley done what his brother suggested such as running or trying to eat high protein diets. Since he doesnt make much money eating a high protein diet is expensive .My friend does work out 3 time a week .

Should my friend accept it and move on ?

I can tell this eats him up inside .

Would there be a better way for my friend to approach his brother on this ?

If you had the option of getting a guy with either a great personality, good looks or a thick wallet, what would you choose? You can only get one, now this is a lottery type deal. If you get the thick wallet you may get the personality but not the looks. If you get the looks you might get the thick wallet but not the personality. me and him have been going out for like TWO days. me and him were walkin home for school and we were holding hands and all that stuff, and then wen we got to my house we huged and said bye. There's this girl where I work and she started a rumor that me and her were an item.She also started a rumor saying that I liked her. She also started a rumor that I told her my friend (Who she used to chase after like a puppy) was living with another girl. None of the above are true. Just so you all know. Imagine this real life scenario, you're seeing someone, with personal hygeine issues -yet theyre dead house proud! saw this guy recently - he still whiffs about the place occaisionally,(no attack on men who dont have hygeine problems) comes in stinking of cows,and BO, some times, booze, doesnt oftne wash his hair, but despite claiming to shower daily - is a sweaty maggot, sometimes he doesnt wash his hair for weeks! But has a nice home - waht is this guys malfunction - and NO I wasnt the person who made him decide to stink. What is this guys aversion to smelling nice -baths/showring propeley, using shampoo, his favourite after shave it au de cow pong, with a hint of unwash, grease, B.O, and sometimes urine. I cant fathom the answer, thing is he can scrub up well, Im not getting at men - please dont think I am, just this one
