I go for personality and looks. I don't go for ugly.
I know that BEAUTY IS ONLY SKIN DEEP BUT...........

I'm a personality girl. church protocol dictates that you don't tell someone you like their looks. frankly, I'd be shocked if a guy started flirting with me in church. looks matter just enough that you can stand to look at the person. but people become better looking as you actually LIKE the person AS a person and eventually you fall in love the person becomes better looking. if you can't stand them, they become physically UGLY. I'm seriously not kidding and this has happened to me. My ex is someone I see as one of the ugliest guys on earth but when I loved him, he was a cover boy to me. and there's a guy I'm into that before I liked him, he wasn't that great looking but now that I'm into him, I think he's very cute though following church protocol, I'm not going to tell him so. so a woman's oppinion can change and that may be why you can see the most gorgeous woman with the ugliest guy in the world. beauty is a matter of perception. which is why the inside is so important. and the outside is not. you could find hurley from LOST gorgeous if you really were digging for the gold in him. I mean he has compassion and creativity and those are two qualities I look for in a man. It would make me wonder what else is in there and I'd be motivated to get to know him better and see what else he has to offer.

I'm sure most girls will respond by saying personality. But let's get real. You can have the best personality in the world, but if you are butt ugly, you are going home alone buster. Both girls and guys are first attracted to what you look like plain and simple. If you are physically repulsive to the opposite sex, then they will never get to know if you have a great personality cause the are going to pass you by on their way to the "studs". It ain't fair or right, but its life.

Most girls, who are normally not worth it, go for looks. However, the girls that really value relationships go for personality. Looks can't hurt either, but i'd rather be with someone who i love cause of their personality, not looks. Plus, you'd want a girl that loved your personality, just in case you got a hair cut.....It may sound stupid(cause it is) but girls have dumped guys because they got their hair cut.....

Personality. I usually can say oh that guys cute but it won't really make me want to be with him. When I find a guy who I am attracted to his personality for some reason he becomes really good looking and I see his wonderful characteristics come through.

OMG yes, whats the point of having a 12 inch wanker and being gorgeous if you cant stand to talk to the guy and he has the personality of a wet dish rag. It may be fun for the first while but it would wear thin pretty fast.

I can't answer for all women, but as for me, I find one physical attribute that I like in a man (you have to be able to look at the person!), but if he has an unattractive personality, I won't give him the time of day.

All girls are different about that..
usually girls will judge by looks first and then personality
i.e. if u catch her eye then she will go out with you and check out ur personality and stuff
but there are a lot of girls (girls are into this stuff) who strongly believe in "don't judge a book by it's cover"
