For me, in a girl, I'd make sure she has a good personality, and I'll list the rest.
1. Pretty
2. Blonde
3. A Good, Pure Heart
4. Will help anyone
5. Will do things right, and not have to think about even doing bad things.
6. She's about 2-3 inches shorter than me.
7. She's a good kisser
8. She's interested in sports.
9. Likes to watch and even play in sports.
10. She's street smart.

1. general facial features (nothin specific just cute or not pretty simple)
2. Dress (again does she look like a slob or is she reasonably well dressed)
3. Attitude (basically i'm guessing if she is going to be pissy in our relationship)
4. Height (nobody taller)
5. voice (somthing easy on the ears)
6. general body (is she flabby or not)
7. Job (must have one)
8. kids (i'm raising my own kids nobody elses)
9. religion (noting scares guys more than a religious freak)
10. good in bed
