ok, has anyone felt like they were really alone....i mean like no one would ever love them because of how they were treated in past relationships and because it seem that you are going through life unoticed? I know this is going to sound like im a lonely desperate girl but im just curious..its like they say there is someone out there for everyone, but sometimes it doesnt seem like it....i have good self esteem and everything so dont even think that i have low self esteem.....i jsut feel like im not good enough to be loved......

We broke up for a stupid reason (something insignificant in the whole scheme of life but he is too stupid and can't get past it). I would still be with him - however this is his decision (and he knows this). We have always had a lot of fun together - that never changed. We attempted to stay friends b/c we have to see each other at work. But I ended up cutting things off completely (outside for when I have to talk to him b/c of work) b/c he is not letting me move on. Meaning I actually said "I am done with everything." Everytime I became distant and/or un-friendly, he would confront me or start drama to get him back into my head. We broke up almost 4 months ago (and only dated for 3) and he is still doing this. I am so fed up with this and have just gone into non-responsive mode with him - but since I have to see him there is nothing I can do if he corners me. Does anyone have advice as to how I can deal with this differently that will make him FINALLY let me move on with my life?

sex is for everyone- not just men. I hate this crap about it being ok for men to get some but its taboo for a woman to? "cause she has no self respect or is a slut or this or that." maybe its cuz she wants to get it on and out of her system just like you. OK, I'm totally in love with my girlfriend. She was my best friend for 3 years up until 2 months ago when we became romantically involved. I know I'm in love with her - I never stop thinking about her and she's so amazing.

Anyhow, I know for a fact she's not the "type" to let me know when she's ready for us to have sex. I don't want to actually ask her, because that seems pushy and I don't want to force her or anything. I only ask the question because if she DOES want to take the next step, I know she still won't tell me but I don't want to just try if she's not prepared or willing yet.

I'm just confused. She's so adorable and lovely that I'd never push her into anything, I just know she's not going to tell me when she's ready and I can't mind-read whether she wants too or not and it's not worth taking a risk and losing her respect.

Asking her seems out of the question just in case she takes it as me "forcing" her and I never want that to occur! I love her too much!

I personally don't believe so. This is after YEARS of observation. It seems that women may have been much more forgiving of a man's looks in the past but increasingly, I have observed that not to be the case anymore. Before anyone says anything, yes...I'm a large guy (I call it fat) so I do have some experience with this. I am curious about what everyone else thinks though.
