In human sexual behavior, foreplay is a set of intimate psychological and physical acts between two people meant to increase sexual arousal. Foreplay takes place before sexual intercourse. Psychologically, foreplay lowers inhibitions and increases the emotional comfort of the partners. Physically, it helps to produce an erection in men, allowing them to penetrate an orifice. In women, it helps promote vaginal lubrication, allowing penetration to take place comfortably.
Foreplay is not mechanical sexual stimulation. Whether an act constitutes foreplay depends on the intent.
Woman only need to be lubricated, she will never get loose in the sense that her vagina will enlarge. Vagina walls are very flexible.

Every woman is different but I'd say about 2 or 3 times, as for the pain just grin and bear it!

My friend - it has nothing to do with the number of times - it has everything to do with what you do before intercourse. You need to spend a lot of time saying sweet nothings, holding, kissing, being gentle - making her feel, totally comfortable, safe, secure. Some very gentle manual stimulation. All of this will make her wet and ready - this should reduce the pain considerably. [Hint: no more quickies]. If all that doesn't do it - she should see a doctor.

It all depends. My wife had an extra thick hymen and we had to go get it surgically cut. If we tried it before she would cry and that kinda kills the mood. We tried a couple times and it ended up messing with her mentally because she associated pain with sex. I think it took about 2 years before we could actually have sex.

Well, just make sure that she is well-prepared. Lots and lots of foreplay should do the trick, and then start out slowly and gently. If it still hurts, stop and engage in more foreplay.

Depends if you know what you are doing.
Take it slow Sparky.
I know that it's real exciting at age 15, but don;t hurt the little girl.
