All I want is to get my ex girlfriend back. We were together 8 years and she means the world to me. Unfortunately I didnt show it enough when i should of. I have made so many changes in the last six weeks since we broke up and despite what someone says you really can change if you want to and i have. I just want her to know how I feel about her and how I intend to go about things in the future. Conversation seems to not sink in properly and I was thinking that a letter would be more effective in saying everything I want to and giving her something to re read and think about. So I was wondering if an honest letter from the heart would be an effective way of telling her all these things and trying to get her back?

Weel, i like a guy, and i've been talkin to him for a while and we've been aflirtin. Bt lately, we've been talkin about kinda deeper thngs, like, what we want out of a relationship. we were talkin, and we were quiet for a minute. then he leand in toward me. i thot he wuz gonna kiss me. bt instead he leaned intoward me, and sez, "i love you_______" (my name). I didn't know what to say, so my face turnd BRIGHT red, and i stuttrd sumthin stupid. i had to leave rite after that, so he stares into my eyes for a wile, and sez a soft bye. What should i say to him tomaroow? Oh, ya, he always gets nervous, and acts kinda almost stupid, whenever we're near eachother.

My boyfriend of 3 months and I broke up 3 weeks ago. He said he wanted to remain friends (we broke up due to religous differences), and he still calls me from time to time. I found out that one day after he broke up with me, he joined online dating sites, which hurt me. He removed all of my comments and pictures from his myspace account, but left comments and pictures up of his ex girlfriends prior to me. He says he still wants to be friends and was upset when I had a date last week. I do not know what to do. I received some bad news today that I have to undergo further testing to see if I have breast cancer. I want to tell my ex, but feel that he has shown he does not really care because he still makes comments on his other ex's myspace accounts but not mine. he always says he misses me when he calls and is mad that I cannot talk to him daily like we did when we were dating. Any advice?

I have been seeing my friends brother who I knew casually before.
Things were going great.....he took me to a nice dinner, and we have good conversation--- he spent the first couple of weeks calling alot, and spending time w/ me.
When he left to be away at school for a few weeks, he left me a rose with a note saying how nice it had been, and how he couldn't wait to see me soon... He told his family how he felt too....(heard from his sister)
So, since I feel the same I was so excited. For the first week or so, he would call or text every day, or almost every day...it was nice. So, since he had left me the rose and note, I sent him a homemade card just to say that I missed him...I thought it was soo cute, and couldn't wait for him to get it!
So, he got my card, and called to say thank-you-- said he really liked it. Then I didn't hear from him for three days--that was new.
So, I called, and we talked for awhile- it was ver positive.
Now I've heard nothing for days again...??

Many of the questions I see on here are questions I feel should be addressed by the parents. I realize that it might feel "funny" but really....they are your parents. I'm sure most of them remember what it was like to be young. If you don't talk to your parents how about another adult you trust????

when you talk to somebody for about 3 minutes each day and today i talked to this person for aobut 6 minutes she went on and on kind of brushed her hand passed her ears and kinda wouldnt look at me but kept talking about her fish that she got and her weekened once i finally asked her to get conversation going.
