as a guy, theres a completely random girl that u think is cute.
shes reading a book at starbucks or eating some food somewhere,meaning she is preoccupied at the moment.
put ur self in a guys position and tell me what would u do
if u were trying to talk to that girl. and also would this work on u if u were that girl. hope this isnt too confusing.

Well if I saw a girl I liked I would walk up to her and say " I know you are busy and I didn't mean to bother you but I think you are really pretty" introduce your self and maybe you might hit it off. I hope this helps.Good Luck !!! Yes it would work on me !!

Ok if I were you I would approach her NICELY!! Don't go up to her and say something like 'hey baby I was sitting over there and noticed how nice of a rack you got.' you are liable to get smacked that way. Instead, walk up to her and say "excuse me... I was sitting over there and I couldn't help but notice how pretty you are. My name is......(your name here) ...what is your name?" By that time you should be able to tell if she is reacting positively or not. If not, just walk away or you will make her feel uncomfortable. If she reacts positively maybe you could POLITELY ask if you could join her or buy her another cup of coffee. If all go's well give her your # don't ask for hers you will come off too pushy.
Oh and if she looks busy like she is studying or something just leave her alone approach her another time.

If she's reading, go up to her and politely ask what she's reading, and when she responds ask how she likes it.
If she's eating, comment on the entree she chose, saying that you like it or that you'd like to try it (if you haven't had it before).
As a girl, I'd be fine with someone asking me something like that. It's a simple and easy conversation starter, and depending on the guys personality, it could lead to a date.

Just go over and say hello. Make a little conversation..if she like what she see..thing will take off from there. Girls usually don't like to be by herself..in that kind of place.. we used books as cover up..

I sugggest wolfing down a dozen hard boiled eggs and maybe some ppickled pigs feet if you have the room for it.
That will get her attention
Look her sqare in the eyes and say "Did you fart"?

if i was a guy, first i'd make sure i look "ok". as in, take care of my appearance, at least look like a nice, clean, person. ;) 1st impression is extremely important.
next, i'd probably comment about her book, ask if it's for fun or for school. or ask her what she suggests is good to order @ the food place.... introduce myself, look her in the eye, and smile. "hi, my name's so and so, may i sit w/ you?" make sure u have ur own stuff, ur own food/coffee, so it doens't look like u come to coffee shops to hit on whoever....!
i think it'd work on me if the guy looked presentable, and looked me in the eye, and seemed genuine. it doesn't hurt to let someone sit with you at a public area. good luck!

okay icompletely undertsand what ur saying.so this is what u do....Okay....she's sitting there kinda busy.....sit very close but dont be obvious.....if ur really interested u willw ait until she finishes.........once u see she's about ready to leave...this is what u do.....say excuse me what book is that,that ur reading and try to spark up a convo on what she's reading or ask her what kind of cpffee did she have,somethin in that realm Okay,hope i helped.

be very polite. act kinda shy. tell her you just wanted to let her know that you thought she was very pretty and you are sorry for disturbing her but you couldn't help it. tell her you will go away if she wants you to. make sure she knows you are serious and not a pervert.
