Theirs a girl in my class that I like i think shes beautifull but i'v never even talked to her and she always leaves befor i can even get a chance to talk to her what should I do and say? plese hellp

try to be the last one in class before it starts - try to make eye contact with her when you walk in the door and then give her a big smile.
See how she reacts to that. If she smiles back, there's an open door. THen if you see her outside of class now - you can say Hi to her by name - and see if she remembers yours.
If she remembers, that's a good sign. If she doesn't - and asks you for it - that's a better sign. Good luck!
edit: Let's say her name is Sue: Just look at her, smile and say "Hi, Sue!" for starters.
I used to love it when a guy at school said my name - it meant he took the time to find that out about me. I like friendly personable guys!

The best way to strike up a conversation with anybody is talk about them but not so much is scares them.
Some ideas you can talk about...
So how was your day today? Do you have anything goin' on this week? Take it slow. Don't overwhelm her.
Talk about her family, friends, school, whatever she is into.
Most importantly if you are comfortable with yourself and happy with who you are than girls will notice that and appreciate it.

if she's popular, it might take more than, "you're beautiful" to get her to notice you (though i could be wrong... i wasn't very popular in high school.) think of a way all your own that could tell her that you think she's beautiful. learn what you can about her, and find something that would interest her but also show part of your personality. you could even do that "secret admirer" thing... most of the girls i know wish that someone would do that for them.

Try to leave earlier, or try and catch up with her after school or between classes..she'll probably be flattered that you cared enough to actually try to catch up with her and talk to her*

Try to leave at the same time she does and start talking to her. If you somehow can't, mabe you should write her a note and leave it on her desk.
