I have been seeing my friends brother who I knew casually before.
Things were going great.....he took me to a nice dinner, and we have good conversation--- he spent the first couple of weeks calling alot, and spending time w/ me.
When he left to be away at school for a few weeks, he left me a rose with a note saying how nice it had been, and how he couldn't wait to see me soon... He told his family how he felt too....(heard from his sister)
So, since I feel the same I was so excited. For the first week or so, he would call or text every day, or almost every day...it was nice. So, since he had left me the rose and note, I sent him a homemade card just to say that I missed him...I thought it was soo cute, and couldn't wait for him to get it!
So, he got my card, and called to say thank-you-- said he really liked it. Then I didn't hear from him for three days--that was new.
So, I called, and we talked for awhile- it was ver positive.
Now I've heard nothing for days again...??

We're in our mid/late twenties....he's just finishing up his grad work.
This would not be a long distance relationship for long, and he's home every two weeks.... He's asked me to come out there casually before...

First, long distance relationships don't last unless both parties are very commited.
The first thing I would assume is that he found someone else.
But what I would suggest you to do is talk to him and ask him "Whats up with the mixed signals"? Go from there because no one really knows but him.

He is probably busy about school..or Out of sight out of mind..he might find some new stuffs or people that keep him occupied..
If you have to be the one that call all the time.. I think this relationship is going south ..give hime sometimes..if he still calling..it is a good sign...don't worry about it.

He is in school and robably busy with it. Especially if it is university. So dont take it personally. If you are younger than university age, dont worry about it as tese young relationships rarely last.

He's probably busy with school, also, he can't have sex with you when he is out of town so he prob doesn't want to invest the time talking to you everyday.
