I just moved to the U.S. a year back. And completed my sophomore year. School started last week and I've fallen for a girl in my class. I've got her in 2 of my classes but haven't ever talked to her. I never thought of considering a serious relationship till college but I'm definitely reconsidering now. My question was, is it ok in the U.S. to just go up to someone and tell them you like them or should i try being friends first (which is a little problematic since i'm very introverted and generally people come to me). I really like her and want to tell her. So, is it okay? And what could her worst reaction/reply be?

I've really been wondering about this. My ex b/f says he is. I just can't understand how a man would want to be with another man sexually. I mean, if it's anal they're wanting, they can have that with a woman. I just think they must be gay, but confused. What do you think?

So there is this girl that i like...but i cannot seem to get over her. I've never had this problem before, especially since it was just a crush that i never acted on. I've had relationships since then, small fights with the girl herself but i still can't get over her??? I mean i ever get jealous if someone seems to hit on her. So I met this guy through a couple of friends, and it was made clear from the beggining that he didnt want a relationship and I was cool with that cause I was just looking for some fun, but I fell for him...big time, so after alot of convincing I worked up enough courage to ask him if he still was not wanting a relationship because I was confussed about how he was acting with me, and he said "at this point I cant be the guy to give you more".

I really do like spending time with him, he makes me happy, but im finding that I really want the relationship.

Ive been told that he really does like me he just isnt one for relationships right now, Ive tried doing the "ignoring" thing, but I caved when he tried to get ahold of me...

Im not sure what I should do....really ignore him for a bit, completely end it, I dont know....and I also dont know how to stay strong enough for any of this...
