Stay away from the other no matter what. You wil get in some serious trouble if shes pregnant not to mention the twins your dads girlfriend and most importantly your dad. Passing out on a thirteen year olds bed to the point where he can rape them without them waking is a serious crime. Its called contributing to the delinquency of a minor and all of them could end up in jail because of it. Unless you want to visit dad behind bars, stay the hell away fomr them

Work on it. Expand it. Try sending it into one of the skin magazine advice columns/forums. You need more detail and probably should be telling it as a legally aged observer of a 13 year old cousin's behavior.
