I was in love but lost...he got married...am unable to handle myself...totally broken ...feel like ending my life...He too loved me but then there were problems in marriage ...so he cud go ahead but I remained stuck, gasping, unable to survivie

I was in the same situation some years back. I did most of my friends told me to do but at the end of the day, I still pamper myself with memory lane. It took me some time to step forward but when I finally did, I couldn't stop moving on. My point is, no one can help you but yourself. I know it is easier said than done, but we've got family that loves us most and to be considered. Be strong. You deserve greater relationship. Listen to people around you but follow what's best to ease the pain.
I am pretty sure there is someone for you. Remember, "love" is about joy and not misery.

Love is hard to forget about. No matter how hard you try you can't unlove someone. There will always be a place in your heart that he shares with you. Just remember what you had and know that you were blessed to experience something so wonderful with someone that loved you just as much as you loved them.

No matter what you think now, the relationship was not perfect. make a list of all the things you want in a man and a relationship, and you'll find plenty of ways that this fell short.

You have to just keep putting one foot ahead of the other. Try volunteering at a hospital, etc. Just do things to keep yourself busy, eventually you will get there. Just keep in mind, that he is not the only man!!! You can do better!!! Keep on going!!! You can do it!!!
