Singles & Dating - 21 August 2006

I'm kinda seeing this guy. I really like him, we have a lot of 'fun' together, (read between the lines there...)

The problem is, I really wish we were official. I hate hiding the fact that we are... well... yeah... cause it makes me feel like we are doing something wrong. We are both single, I'm only 4 years younger than him, and we get on really well, as friends as well as 'friends'. I have tried to broach the subject, but I can't find the words to outright ask him why he's not my boyfriend, without making it sound jokey. More than that, it doesn't feel right to ask. Half of me wants to just relax and enjoy his company and companionship, but the other half wants to be able to be certain that we are together, rather than just hoping he feels like I do. I really would like to be able to kiss him when I get home from work, rather than have to wait till we are alone.
It's not that I'm scared of losing him, I;m just scared of never having him to begin with...

A woman likes me for being mysterious and honest. Honest is not hard but being mysterious, that's more illusive, for lack of a better adjective. How does one keep up the mystery factor? ...while being honest. I'd figure they cross each other out in a sense. Thanks

My last day of work is Monday. I want to ask this guy that works in another dept. out. I don't know if he's interested. he might be or he might just have been, being friendly. He talk whenever we run into each other which has been for a 5-10 minutes at least once a week for the past 2 months...about himself, myself, but mostly about work (non task stuff)...just random work things...today was my last chance I think to ask him out...I went to his dept. to go talk to him and ask him out but I think he was out running errands so I stalled and I passed by again and I don't think he was there...I'm not sure...I don't know what to do...we've only talked when i ran into him or i had to pick up some documents from him or a check or something...I've never worked on a project with him, emailed him, or called his work extension ever...so I don't know what I can do...I want to do this!

today i talked to my gf all day. we started talking about books and movies so stuff like that likes and diss likes then later i was like lets play hang man so i had her guess the thing "i like you": but she avoided like and i told her it was like after like 10 mins then she had me guess and she sed "i love you" so on

i asked her to the movies and she is gonna ask her mom and she really wants to go. we talked more about likes and diss likes and we got on the subject of shoping and shes like "i would love to shop with you. your the type we could have all types of fun makeing fun of the manicins.".

I am a 16 year old boy who has recently confessed my love to my best friend. Me and her have been friends for over 2 years and it took me 4 months to work up the courage and tell her how i felt. She told me that she likes me too, and that she wants to take things steady to see what happens, but it seems like nothing is happening. I have been dating my bf for 3 years now, and all we do is fight, and we've tried everything 2 work things out. We even broke up, but it always feels like I cant live without him, and my heart breaks even more when im away from him. There is this guy at school, he isn't that cute, and he keeps saying he likes me and having other people to also tell me he likes me. I don't like him, but he hasn't been mean to me or anything, and I don't want to hurt his feelings, but I don't like him and obviously he can't take a hint... so could anyone give me advice? Oh, and if you are thinking that the only reason I don't like him is because he isn't attractive, that isn't right.. I went out with my ex when I was 15, it's now 10 years later and I still love him. I feel that he still feels the same for me but is scared to make the first move.
