I think men find the sight (and sound/scent/concept) of a turned on woman arousing --- it's instinctive -- for pretty obvious reasons: if there's a turned on woman around, maybe he's going to get laid.
Since the outward signs that a woman is turned on are relatively subtle (at least compared to a turned on man's erect penis), something that makes if more obvious she is turned on is nice. And there's not much that makes it more obvious that she's turned on than if she's masturbating.
And as someone said above, I think it's pretty closely related to why many men find the sight of two (or more) women having sex with each other arousing -- to the basic male psyche that equates to "two turned on women, surely at least one of them will be willing to have sex with me", not "two lesbians who will have no interest in me whatsoever because I'm the wrong gender for them (and will probably lynch me for spying on them)".
And turning the question around, in my experience many women enjoy watching men masturbate. And indeed there are women out there who enjoy watching porn that shows men having sex with each other.

The best way to learn is to use all of your senses and if you can use sight and hearing then you will learn faster what parts of her body a girl favors and wants to be touched. So it has nothing to do with getting off or dirty sex, it is like going to school and learning.
Ask the question of women about men and see what kind of answers you get.

You answered your own question. If you are turned on when a man watches you masturbate then he is getting turned on, too.

i think different people find different things erotic and turn ons and some men fidn watching a woman masterbate a tun on. it's all healthy as long as everyone is in agreement.
