You don't need to do anything to make her your friend again. If she can't accept the fact that you are in-love with another woman, and respect that then she wasn't your friend from the begining. No matter what you do to try to win her friendship again it's not going to work because she likes you and it will always be hard for her to be around you knowing that you turned her down because you have someone else. She's avoiding you because she got let down. There are plenty of other men she can have. Don't bend over backwards trying to be friends with her. Just keep being yourself and be available if she ever wants to talk to you again as a friend. Other than that don't sweat it and keep moving on. She'll be ok, once she meets another guy and starts a relationship elsewhere than you might just find her friendship again. Your a very good man for being honest with her and showing loyalty to the woman your in-love with.

You need to tell her, you miss your best friend. that friends cannot be replace. Put this in a card, along with your phone number, if she does not call, then, on her Birthday, and Christmas, send her a card, she will come around.

Give her some time. She needs time to get over her feelings and / or hopes for you.

She needs time, you blew her off and she probably feels embarrassed. Let her cool off.

Wait for the right time and then tell her that you value her friendship, and that she is important in your life, could she please think about remaining your friend.
