Well, last week I got up the courage to talk to a cute girl poolside at my apartment complex, and we ended up chatting for nearly an hour. It was a great conversation; not only is she pretty, but very smart (she's doing post-doctoral work at our local university) and-most important for this 30something in a college town-age appropriate. Plus, we have a few things in common, and she lives only a few apartments down from me too. Naturally, I asked her to have coffee or lunch with me, and she seemed interested, but she wouldn't give her number (perhaps because she's British and may still have a UK phone), instead saying she'd knock on my door when she wanted to talk. Since I hadn't heard or seen her all week, I walked to her place this past weekend and knocked on the door myself, but no one answered, even though the light was on and I heard a TV. It's been just over a week since we met, so should I keep trying, and if there's no answer, should I leave a note on her front door?

i really like this girl!we have been friends for 4 years and shes always joked around with me.but for the last couple of months she has been looking at me alot.like ill be talking with my friends and then i will look at her and she will be looking at me right in the eyes.and then we will look at each other for at least 10 sec.and then she will smile and then go back to talking with her friends.and other times she will come over and say something to one of my friends im talking to and then stand there messing with her hair or looking though her purse or something to stall time.one time she said to one of my friends that he needs to shave.and then when my friend started talking to another person standing by me she started stretching her arms and saying that she was tired and asked me to give her a hug to wake her up.that was the first time we ever hugged.and also she dosent joke around so much anymore.

Ok, this is the situation: My boyfriend and I were together only 6 weeks. We broke up last weekend. This weekend I went to a party and all his friends were there but he wasn't. One of his buddies was hitting on me all night. Anyway, the next day he calls me upset that I was there, and said it was weird that I would go to a party where his friends were. I went with one of his friend's girlfriends. Is he upset because he found out that one of his friends was hitting on me, or is it more because I was at a party where 'HIS' friend were and he wasn't, or WHAT???

theres this guy, pat that i really kinda like but we are best friends. i haven't seen him sence school ended or should i say sence we went to dariy queen (on the same night school ended) and 'hanged out' for a while. i really miss him and i want to call him but i have no reason to. Okay, here is the situation. This girl i like is 13. I'm 15. She used to be all over me, i mean, we would always do everything together, and we would stay up really late at night, and talk every night. Well anyways, people started talking about it, and she really backed off. So I asked her out, she said I dont know. I thought it was a nice way of saying no, but she told her friends she might like me. Well it's been about 2 months now, and she has completely backed off. I mean she recently got back from Costa Rica, and we hasn't even talked since, and she got back on Sunday. And rumor has it that while there, she was all over these two guys in my youth, just like she used to be with me. Well now her friends say she dont like me at all, and just dont wanna hurt my feelings. But her and her mom are really close, and her mom says she's just scared, and cant decide between me and these other guys. But she says she duz like me. What should I think. I mean i just cant move on.




I mean i've liked and many girls, but none like her. There is just something about her, and I know I sound crazy since I'm only 15, but i'm being dead honest. I would do ANYTHING to get her back, will she come back around? And what should I do? I mean because, it was obvious she liked me, she even sent me a song one time, and I think she was trying to say something to the effect that she likes me, just doesnt know what to do. But i missed the point. Well now it seems she has lost those feelings, for no apparent reason, so what should i do to get her back??


I mean, she has barely talked to me. It seems like she is trying to avoid me. But i have no clue why. Should I ask her. I mean, she could be mad because, I havent talked to her. But i dont wanna pressure her. Because today, her mom told me, that if I really like someone else, I should move on. But that if I really like her daughter, I should be patient. What should i do??

Ok pretty much the title... I've been asking friends on this one. I came from a middle school with alot of people, and as much as I hate braging, I was a top guy at the school. Im not looking for input on my looks in this but I am looking for advice.


Im in a high school now with about 5,000 students, and about 2,7000 are female. Well I happen to get lucky and am currently dating a top notch junior. Well I have a past for alot of girls but not keeping them. I feel prilaged and really want to prove my worth with her. Will you guys help tell me some ways that could really make her realise how much she means to me?
