im 15 some guys look at me but i want themto say hi or smile how can i get them to do this please give me detailed answer i dont want to much rudeness im not a hoe

Honey, the guys are actually there to work out, not to get girls. Want to get their attention. Work out. Dont have perfect make up and perfect hair and nails. Ask one of them to spot for you when you are lifting weights. ask if you're using one of the machines correctly. Don't stand around and giggle with the girls. This is the one place, besides maybe a football game, where it won't work.

Be polite, smile at them, don't dress like promiscuously, act like you want them to be your friend, be kind, start conversations about a common topic and work your way into something that you both are interested in. Try to be yourself as much as possible, give your opinions, but try not to be rude.
