I know a guy that apparently thinks that if a girl is cute then she has no reason to be shy....he says cute girls who aren't outgoing are stuck up, not shy...I don't think this is the case, but is this how guys really think?

I would agree with the guy. Girls who are cute but don't talk typically give the impression that they are too good to talk to a guy like me. That could very easily be interpreted as a chick being way stuck up and self-important. And if the girl is actually cute and used to getting a lot of praise and attention for being attractive, the guy is usually right for thinking that she is stuck up, because it is probably true.

Thats totally not true i know freaking pelnty of sexy girls that are hot, and very shy for example my best friends sister omg shes hot and shes very shy. so that's not true
