...it hurts like hell but I can't really deal with the uncertainty and nervousness anymore. How can I cope with the griefs cause I'm pretty low right now.

If you've talked to this girl, and are sure that you cannot (or should not) deal with it further even tho it hurts, then you must do as you have said, which is to move on.
Now.....to deal with the hurt. That's a really hard one. Immerse yourself in something. Sports, music, friends, family....something positive tho. You need to stay distracted. You need to hang with frends and/or family that knows what's going on with you so they have a better feel for what to say and what not to say.
Once you have a good distraction or two, then suck it up as best you can, march ahead and let time do it's thing. After a while you will hurt less and less, but it seems to take forever. Just let your distractions take your mind off the constant thinking and dwelling on things.
I know how you feel.....I've been in that situation in the past, and I'm happy that's where it is because it's not fun to go thru it.

hey, join the club!! I have the same problem with a guy at work..You think that everything they do and say could somehow mean they feel the same way but it doesn't necessarily mean anything.. Only there is probably more hope in your case beacuse my crush is gay(i am so confused about this) And as much as i wish he wasn't, he is, and there is nothing I can do about it.. so if you figure this out let me know!! If your giving up just cause your scared then maybe your too vulnerable right now to be getting serious in the first place.

I know how it feels, the best thing you can do is find something else to do that takes up your time so you will have less time to think about her. Think that she is not worth your feelings and try to find another girl... best of luck : )
