Now he just turned 21 in July. I have met the guy and he is very nice and I have had numerous discussions with him. He appears to be a good guy. He has just returned (in Feb) from Irag with the Marine Corp. He current resides at home with his dad and step mom and is currently employed as an electrician apprentice. And yes I do feel that I have raised my daugher appropriately so that she can make wise decisions on her own. My goal is to raise an independent daughter, so that when she is 18 and on her own she will indeed know how to make wise decisions all by herself. So what up---is the 5 years too much difference when one is a minor? Your opinions please.

I need advice. I'm seeing a guy that I told lets be friends. I was unsure if I wanted to date him. I wasn't sure if I was that attracted to him. But now I am very attracted to him. Everything else is great. I like his personality alot. I like everything about him now. Our relationship has gotten intimate. My problem is I don't know if he is on the same page. Does he now just want to be friends with the intimacy. Or does he want to be more than that? I would want more than that. But I'm the one that brought up about being friends. I know i should talk to him. But I don't know exactly how to say it. I knew that I I like him alot. I didn't know how much. But now I do. I think I could fall in love with him. And now he is talking about buying a 1 bedroom condo. But I'm kinda sad about this. I have a child. What if things go good between us. How would we live together? Is he thinking ahead without me? ATTENTION FEMALES!i'm a girl but i sure dont understand why most of you over react of normal male behavior. i have my girl friends saying, 'omg he was looking at porn! we're through!' or 'he went to the strip club!' here's my favorite, 'he was checking out another girl!' but i see that as a way of pushing the guy away. he's a guy! they're going to look at other women and would you rather him going behind your back to look at em or be open about it? my guy is open up to a point. i know when hes going to the strip club and i know he looks at other girls but he's coming home to me. if u cant trust your man then you shouldnt be in the relationship.

I'm a guy, 26 and I live alone. I work 40-50 hour weeks and when I get home I really just don't feel like cleaning. I can keep things from getting cluttered. No dishes in the sink and the garbage is always taken out. But I hate mopping the floors, cleaning the bathrooms tubs, or cleaning the fridge. I am totally healthy and 100% capable of doing it myself but I just don't feel like spending the time to do so.

My BF of 7 years (who I live[d] with) hasn't spoken to me since Sunday afternoon. On Sunday he invited his sister (we don't like each other) to my parents' house for a BBQ, which ended in a blow-out when she was told by my brother to stop drinking (she's underage) after she had helped herself to alcohol. She and her BF left the BBQ pissed off - and that was the last time my BF spoke to me.

I had reminded my BF of the house rules (my parents were out of town, but the rules still apply) and left him responsible to inform for HIS sister who HE invited. He never told her the house rules and he wasn't the one who told her to stop drinking, my brother did.

How can he be THIS angry when I wasn't the one who DID anything? What does the silent treatment really mean? We've been together 7 years, how could this stupid incident have made him angry enough to stop talking to me? How do I get him to start talking to me again? Help!?!
