No------don't date her. Fro the same reason I stated before.
She sounds like a nut-job. Was she really drunk when you gave her your personal information? Could that have contributed to her stupidity?
At any rate,....I don't think I would encourage anymore contact with her-----and I certainly would NOT take her out on a date, or shag her, as others have suggested. If she behaved like that after initially meeting you. Just imagine what she may be capable of after a "real date" if she liked you?! Yikes! I would not want to find out.
Try to ignore her--and see if it works. If she persist, call your local police department, there are laws against stalking people.
You look like a real cutie-pie in your picture. There are lots of other women out there, who are sane, that would probably love to date you!

Haven't you learned anything about bargaining with terrorists? Don't do it. If you go on a date, imagine she is all you wanted and more. She gets you to the bedroom and you're naked and she begins to thrill you and you're all excited. All you have on your mind is satisfaction. All she has on her mind is dismembering another weak brother who succumbed to her stalker threat. What leg would you have to stand on when you call for assistance - don't try to tell them she was stalking you and you thought going on a date with her would make her stop, oh please.
Instead, be firm and direct. Let her know that you also know where she lives and that everyone she cares for will be in danger if she continues to pressure you. No means no. Then document everything she does by date and time. If she does persist, maybe get a friend to assist you by following her to find out where "she" lives.

or you could simply tell her that you are not interested in her
if you go out on a date with her, the chances are that she is just going to keep stalking you
