If you're too busy or tired out to clean, it's great if you can afford to hire someone to do it for you. They need the job (nobody works as a cleaner for fun), and you need the help, so I don't see that "laziness" has anything to do with it. I cleaned for other people during college and the money was a blessing! It was good to have a job that didn't include the phrase "you want fries with that?" and they were glad to have me take the burden of housework off their shoulders. Find out what the current wage is, and also tell the cleaner if there's an area you'd rather they leave alone (like your desk, papers, etc.). I usually asked if the person *wanted* me to clean in their home office, if they had one. Best of luck finding help, you'll be helping someone who wants to work.

There is nothing wrong with it......When I went back to work after 2 years at home with my son cleaning the house was easy but then my weekends were spent do laundry, clean the bathrooms etc, I hired a women to come in once a week and it was wonderful. I had more time to spend with my family. If you can afford it go for it

i don't think you are lazy at all, at least you like the fact that thing must be kept neat, unlike some other men. if you really can afford it, you go ahead and get yourself a helper or think about finding a wife soon... LOL.
Not liking to do certain things around the house is quite the norm, no one likes to do everything.
be free to hire, thats your choice.
and you need to take some timeout to party and socialized.
work will never die, you will leave work undone.

no you aren't lazy. It would be fine in my book to hire cleaning
help even if you were home all day. If I could afford it I would do
just that. I also need a cook.

If you can afford it, go for it. I'd do the same thing. Who wants to waste precious moments of their time away from work scrubbing dirty dishes and vacuuming? Not me.

If that's your reason, then yes, you are lazy. I carry two jobs and am rarely home, I still find time to clean.
