Me and this girl have been best friends for ages. We have traveled the world to see eachother and always have a great time together. She has had several crushes and the occasional bf but none last. I love her more than anything in the world but she doesn't seem to notice. She says she loves me as a brother but I cant live with that. When I'm with her there is nothing more wonderful. Im tired of being the friend. I make her laugh, smile, cry etc... but she never lets me in her heart. This girl is the joy of my life but to her i am only a "friend". I've tried telling her but to no avail. Am i selfish to want more? What can i do? Any advice would help.


PS. I buy her stuff. We go to the movies. We do everything together. Her Parents love me. I have made every effort known to hummanity. If we were older I would ask her to marry me!!

I'm 26, she's 21. We have lived together a little over 6 months. She is trying to change everything from the way I raise my kid, to how often I interact with my family, to how often I see my friends. She doesnt want me to do anything without her. I cant even drive home from work or take a lunch break without her on the phone with me the whole time. I need a little space for me sometimes, it doesnt mean I dont wanna be with her. She thinks if I want a minute to myself that I dont love her. She gets upset whenever my attention is not on her. She sends me dozens of texts while im at work. I dont reciprocate this behavior, so tell me... am I insensitve? or is she just a psycho? I'm open minded and If i need to change some things for the sake of a lasting relationship I would. But I'm beginning to think she is froot loops!

A follow up to im finding it hard

So he txt anyway to say he call to collect (lets just say a toy) he gave me you can kinda guess what toy ha ha.........he said if we ever break up he wants them back so i cant use them with any ohter boy, i txt saying ok sooner u outta my life the better and he said back "same here" to me it means he wants me outta his life to even tho i did nothing wrong? i had told him how i felt yesterday that it upsets me (you will have to go back to my post im finding it hard to know what i mean) please advise
