Singles & Dating - 4 August 2006

Ok i've known this girl since i can remember and for the last 2 years i have been crazy about her and i finally built the courage to tell her how i feel and found out she feels the same way. Now were together and shes my girlfriend which is more than i can wish for. The only problem is she lives in North East and i live in Florida but were doing a long distance relationship and i love that. The only problem is after about 5-10 minutes on the phone i can never think of anything to talk about with her when i should be able to talk to her for hours. Does anyone have any advice?

I wanna know does "love at first sight" really exsist! Some of my friends do believe in it and believe it exsist. But I don't! I believe that how can you "fall in love" at the sight of seeing someone. I believe that to fall in love with someone you need to get to know them and have interest in them. I told my wife that his brother in law had to go. He has been living here for 2 yrs and I made a lot of sacrifices for my wife. Their mom died 2 yrs ago and that is why we took custody. But the boy is 15 and does not respect her when she punishes him. I try to ignore this but when I want to put my foot down my wife does not back me up. I told her to take the cables away from the tv but she did not do it and now I hear the tv on at his room. She just wants things to work out by themselves but it aint possible. I feel bad for the boy for loosing his mom 2 yrs ago but I have my family to worry about. My wife and 7 month baby girl are special to me and I am afraid my wife will choose her brother over me. I hate the feeling of loosing them so that is why I took the brother in and have accepted thistype of condition. I dont want my baby growing up this way but I fear loosing her anyways by giving her the choice of me or the brother. What to do?

This girl I met a couple of weeks ago who has gotten pretty serious as far as relationship goes but no sex. She is going on a vacation with her ex and his family to Vegas in a week and she wants me to believe she is going to to do anything. The reason I believe otherwise is because the friend I met her through used to hook up with every few months or so and they would have sex. She seems totally sprung on me but how will I know if she really did something with this guy when she gets back from Vegas or should I just look at it as a lost cause and move on?

How long does it take for a man to fall in and out of like with a woman?
Ive known this person for quite some time. We've been enjoying each others company for a few months, out of no where, he pulls back and I havent heard from him in a week. Worst case scenerio, he isnt into me anymore. So, my question, for this scenerio to be possible, how long does it take, for a man to fall into like and out of like with a woman? (and no I havent contacted him, when I felt him pulling back, I didnt chase him into his cave or where ever he went)
