How do you get over an ex-boyfriend?

I understand the part about getting a hobby or job, etc. But how about the mindset? How do you make yourself think that you're better off without him? Or worth more?

my bf was eye f...ing this girl at walmart.?

i was at the checkout at walmart when i saw my bf checking this other girl out at another register. i mean the whole time i was standing ther i noticed this. then i proceeded to look over at her to see if she seen him doing it and she did. she kept looking back at him. i didnt say anything to him about it cuz he would just deny it like he always do. am i over reacting. i know people are attactive to look at but my bf totally let this girl know he like what he saw right in front of me. i feel good about myself and not a jeaolous person but i feel that was rude. do you? and should i just leave this gut alone. cuz it happens all the time. i really dont want to say anything else to him about it. i just want to keep my didstance when we are in public cause it is embarrassing for me to see other women noiticing my man looking at them cuz they see me with him. should i just explain to him that i just want to be friends cuz i really dont want a disrespectful manlike that. what do you think.

how do i stop being so shy?

I am forever complaining that i dont have a bf. But everytime someone asks me out or asks 4 my number i pretend like i dont hear them or start laughing. I try not 2b so shy but i cant help it. I want a boyfriend so badly right now but i dont know how 2 talk 2 a guy without laughing every 5 seconds or shaking.

we used to call each other every day but since we made out, he's "been busy" and calls less. what do i do?

we knew each other for months before we made out, and he seemed really into me. in the past week since then he says that since a lot of his friends are leaving town this week and he's been busy hanging out with them/sort of depressed about it. i'm used to being in touch a lot, and now i'm getting the feeling that this might be a "he's just not that into you" moment. am i being paranoid, and what should i do? i've sent casual text messages and they are eventually (briefly) returned... but i can't help feeling rejected since we only made out once before this happened.

give me some advise?

i know this guy he is 33 years old and moved to phili to work in a shipyard. we meet at the job, because me company sends guys to work out there. a meet him a week before he left. i told me that when he comes back to PUerto rico i have to take him to dinner. he left on the 4 of july and we talk on the phone some times, we mostly take about 30 min and it is about work. what can we talk about how can i ask him in a nice way what does he thinks about me. should i call him or wait untils he calls me, what should i do . i am a christian and he is not....... my parents are very strick with me (24 yearsold) i cant recive a phone call after 9:30 pm i have a temp job beacuse they dont let me go futher. i dont want to scare him. my last boyfriend was 21/2 years ago. because of them. my boss told me to talk to one of the boss in phili to see if they is a job opening it will be in the same place as the guy but i dont know what to do. i told him last night about the job he said to take it .
