She lives in the same building that Ilive in and she tells me she wants to fall in love with this new guy. For some reason she wants to tell me when she is going to dinner with this guy. She also tells me that she has not had sex with this guy but i dont belive her. Her new is 43 yrs old and she is 50 yrs old and i am 55 yrs old.

This is about an anecdote I heard long back. The Biolgy professor told authoritatively his mixed class, 'Men's semen has sugar in it'. A teen girl refuted it by retorting, 'How come the semen doesn't taste sweet?' The whole class roared with laughter. The profesor is supposed to have made a smart reply to that . my bf left me a note this morning-he was mad at me about something-he said that if i will look at the bank statement he puts most of the money in the bank and pays most of the bills and he said some other things that i'm not going to mention-when i got the note i figured up half on the house bills (none of my personal bills) you know-phone bill, our cell phone bill, house insurance, light bill, and house payment-i called him and said if that's the way you want to be then just pay half on the house bills and don't put nothing in the account-if that's the way he wants to be that's fine-i never asked him for nothing but he is living in my house so he will pay half of utility bills and stuff...but when a man gets mad they just act on inmpulse-right then-before they cool down-and that was a mean letter-why do men do that?

How would you make it up to someone if you stood him up on purpose just to make that person mad and you do like them little bit not a whole alot and you know in your heart you dont want to nor have any future with the guy.

I'm really good friends with this guy, we've been out on a few dates and they've gone well, but I'm not sure what he thinks of the situation as he doesn't seem to give anything away, either on the dates or afterwards. Do I ask him what he thinks or will it spoil the friendship if he says he wants it to stay as that - friends?

For about a year, I've liked one of my male friends. I revealed this to him last summer and he promptly rejected me saying, "I think you're wonderful and you're sexy but there are just certain lines we shouldn't cross."

He is 6 years older than me and I know how much he prefers dating older women. We remain friends now, even after the rejection, but it's difficult for me to let go of how I feel.

I've tried showing him that I can be supportive and affectionate, hoping he would see that I have something special to offer but it hasn't changed his mind about dating me.

I don't want to go another year longing for him and I don't want this stress to ruin our friendship. It's difficult for me to let go when he calls me a "kindred spirit." This whole experience has caused me to wonder the difference between that and soul mates. Anyone know?

How do I get over him? I've already tried dating two other men and that was fun for about 5 months but nothing long term came from that.

A friend called me Saturday at about 3 am to come lay down with him, and I went, we cuddled, and he was saying stuff to me and I love you slipped out, this is not the first time it has happened. But he always tries to cover it up.
He calls me his girly and tells me that everytime I am around he wants to touch me, and hold on to me and he likes spending time with me.
But he doesnt call when he says hes going to....odd huh?
