well u know its a bad choice so don't take him bak. he can hurt u in the future and problems may occur. So if u tell him over the phone(not in person because he may hurt u and it may lead to more issues and problems) that u want to break the relationship up because it is going down hill and that ur hurting my feelings ang i believe that if we contin the relationship, problems will contin. so i belive that the best for both of us is that we just break up and we can cont being freinds (if u want)....

You said abusive, so I assume that he has done stuff like this before? It is so easy to listen to them say I'm sorry and you don't know how much I love you, but love is not supposed to hurt like that. It may have been your cell phone this time, but next time it could be your head and no one who cares about you would leave you on the side of the road. Don't look at the apologies-look at the behavior. If you are prepared to put up with the behavior that he has displayed to you in the past then that's fine, but I don't think that you do. Also, don't talk yourself into believing that he is not going to do it again, because everyone knows that he will do it again. You are going to have to stop taking his calls and move on with your life.

If you know its a bad decision, why are u asking or help. Tell him you have made the decision to love you self more than you need him. Please DO NOT lower yourself to his level. You can find love that will respect you. You can find love that needs you. DO NOT LET HIM CONTROL YOU. It takes years to heal from abuse. You life is more important. Good luck to you.

No, ignore him. Leaving you stranded is one thing, but leaving you stranded with no source of contact is downright wrong, and it shows that he doesn't care about you. What if you had died out there, or was raped ...he did not think of that did he? What is done and is done. And you do not need him back in your life. You are right, stick to your gut - it's wrong, and do not get yourself in a crack again on purpose. The saying goes, "fool me once, shame on you. fool me twice, man ...i'm a dam fool"

Just get away from him. Tell him that he needs therapy and anger management and until then you wont even talk to him. You need to think about the reasoning behind the end of your relationship and why it was necessary.

If you KNOW it's a bad idea, then what is there to think about? Just tell him you aren't interested, and that he ruined his chances.
