i am going to be 18 in 9 months. i live in florida and would like to move back to idaho. my parents both agreed that if i can get a legal guardian and make it so that they are no longer held responible for my actions that i can move back. I have someone willing to be my guardian, but my parents dont think that they will be no longer held responsible. So my question is when a legal guardian is appointed can the bilogical parents still be held accountable for my actions and held liable for the things i may do wrong, for example get in trouble with the court system or something? Please help.

THIS IS LONG: just a few weeks ago i found that mother has a new lover. he is a lover from her past that she is just getting back together with now. and we have just found out that many years ago they had a baby together and they gave him up. he came to town a few years ago looking for his real parents. but thats not it. we just found out that the man i have been dating is their son from many years ago they gave up. i love him but he is my half brother and now i am disgusted. and now my life is ruined. and just today i found out i may be pregnant. how can i bring a child into this world through sin? what should i do. and now i hate my mother and won't speak to her. ****** whore.

My boyfriend has a history of never calling me, sometimes weeks would go by without a call, and he ignores me when i call him...i tell him to call me more, and he says he would, but he never changes...as the unspoken weeks go by, i honestly think of dumping him but then when i talk to him again i think of myself as silly for thinking that...no matter how many times i tell him to call, he doesnt...he has lame excuses that he sees me at school anyway or that he was busy all day (no one is busy 24/7, even too busy for a 5 minute call)...would it be worth ending it once and for all or would i regret it?

one night when me and my boyfriend where laying on his bed listening to his music on his laptop and he happen to come to a song that him and his ex listen to all the time. (his first girlfriend) I guess you can say it was “THERE” song. Well he told me that he made a promise to her that he would never dance to that song with another girl. He told me that he would never be friends with his ex girl friends...but he’s friends with “her” Yes I’m a little jealous.
