You just gotta get back on your feet. Don't worry so much as to what other people think. You know who the real you is and thats all that matters. People live off of makin other poeple feel worthless. Next time somebody says somethin like that to you just smile at them and walk off trust me i people can't stand it when you act like it doesn't bother you! Things will get better!!!

You feel depressed about what's happening right now in your life. But don't worry because your willingness to get "out of the blues" is your first step to cure that.
Just search your heart and soul by asking what you have done wrong along the way. Whatever mistakes you have done in the past should be lessons in your life and try not to do them again. Improve your personality by being more friendly, loving and understanding. Go to places where you can meet other people with whom you will show your being a better person. Associate with your friends who may be amazed with your new you.
Believe in your heart that there's room for your improvement and eliminate your bad characteristics, if any. Having improved your personality as a whole, you will have self confidence and will be a more likeable person.
If ever you think that you still like any of those guys with whom you had relationship before, if he is still available, ask him to have a heart-to-heart talk with you. If he grants you one, when you talk to him, tell him those realizations that you have made of yourself and let him know that you will change for the better. With that, a possible reconciliation is in the offing between you.
If you don't have anybody in mind, just feel comfortable with your being reborn and I'm sure that very soon, great happenings will happen in your life with your least expectations. Good luck.

ok, stop that negative thinking!! everyone gets down in the dumps, especially after making "stuipd" mistakes. but u know what..?? it's OK. life goes on... it moves forward....so should you. did u know that u can change the future? u can really make a difference, and work hard to change. it's not easy, but it's doable, and worth it, in order for you to gain some confidence in yourself. if u feel ugly, work on ur appearance. work out, make up ur face, do ur hair pretty, buy some flattering clothes..treat urself a bit to make u feel good about urself. if u feel stupid, or ignorant, try to learn more. study in class, read more books, the news, discuss current events w/ friends and family. become the kind of person who is well rounded, smart, and knowledgable, and able to talk about any topic that comes up.do u feel embarrassed, that people are judging u for past things u've done or said? first, analyze urself..figure out what and why u've done the things that have "ruined" relationships... become the kind of person who can make, maintain, and grow relationships. keep positive friends around u, so that they can help u become healthy and happy, and stay positive. once u start working on urself and feeling confident, u will realize how great u are, and how much potential u have! and u can look back and see how much u've changed/grown. people will notice too, once YOU start validating yourself. if u are confident, u also will not care as much what other people think; u will know that u are awesome, doing the best u can to be ur best, and regardless of the past, u are someone who is still great. if u have time, read Romans 5-8..i really learned that no matter how "horrible" i've been, or what negative things i've been thru.. it's OK. Jesus forgives me of all things, past present and future!! as long as i can turn the bad things around to help me become better in the future, i will never regret or be sad about anything!!! trust me, once u are happy and secure in urself, u will change so much in ur life, u will know what u deserve, and what kind of person deserves you. have expectations for urself, and u can have expecations for other people. that way u can filter out the negative, and keep the positive!

Try to fix the things you think you have messed up over the summer. If you think you did wrong to someone then go to that person and say you are sorry and ask if there is anything you can do to help make it right. If you are not a whore then live right and that rep will go away eventually. Its gonna take some time but you can do it if you try.

Change your diet. Really. Sugar causes inflammation. Does your diet consist of a lot of empty calories? Depression is your body telling you to change. Be it diet, thought process or even living circumstances. You need to look inward and change whatever it is that is causing you to have the thought process you are dealing with right now.
Sometimes, as human beings, we do not have the strength to pull ourselves out of a depression on our own. It this is the case with you, ask for professional help.
By asking this question, shows me that you are in tune with your body and own psyche. Keep up the good work and know that self doubt is part being human. You have more going for yourself than most other people, you know how to look inward and better yourself as a human being.

I used to be like that when I was in H.S. all I can say is dont give in and go ahead and become a whore. that will make you feel 10 x's worse. Just find soemthing you like to do and do it. It will help keep your mind off of feeling worthless.

Many girls in my school go through the same thing. The thing you need to do (as hard as it sounds) is move on, because if you give into becoming a whore, it will get worse and worse. If somebody really likes you, your reputation won't matter.

Go back and right the wrongs that you have done, whatever possible that is, then try to make the things in your life better. If that doesn't work, there's always music and food.
