My boyfriend has a history of never calling me, sometimes weeks would go by without a call, and he ignores me when i call him...i tell him to call me more, and he says he would, but he never changes...as the unspoken weeks go by, i honestly think of dumping him but then when i talk to him again i think of myself as silly for thinking that...no matter how many times i tell him to call, he doesnt...he has lame excuses that he sees me at school anyway or that he was busy all day (no one is busy 24/7, even too busy for a 5 minute call)...would it be worth ending it once and for all or would i regret it?

Did you ever think he doesn't like talking on the phone? My boyfriend never calls me unless he needs something. I call him and if he answers, he's really short with me. He hates the phone.
When you are together is it different? If not then dump him.

How old are you? Sometime people need their space. I am sure that you need your space sometimes as well. I ould talk to him about it without giving him an ultimatum. If he continues it would show that he doesnt care about your feelings and if he doesnt you should not continue to be in a relationship with him.

As for dumping him, it'll have to depend on you. I don't know his feelings for you, maybe he really loves you but is too busy to call you? Or his love for you has faded?
